That was a great win for the boys last night, with a lot riding on the series, they came out and took control of the game in the 2nd period. I hope they come out and play well tonight, because they haven't won the saturday night game at home in a while.

I would definitely agree with this. I think why Tim H. says that the McNaughton Cup might be the hardest to win is because teams fight their way to the top of the WCHA and have to play hard week in and week out to win it. The NCAA championship is of course the ultimate goal, but the NCAA tourney doesn't last that long so it might seem tougher to win the WCHA some years than it does the NCAA.

It is always fun to see the cup being awarded to the Sioux. The history and tradition behind the cup makes it that more special.

They are in the upper bowl of the student section and they are general admission. You will be able to sit where ever you find a spot up there.

You are not going to be able to buy a reserved student season ticket from a ticketmaster outlet in Edina.

You would have bought tickets that are in the student section, or general admission tickets. You are confusing them with tickets bought by the students that need to be used by a student.

Do you honestly believe it is realistic to think that most MN kids are capable of playing in the WCHA? There are obvsiously many who can/will play in the WCHA, but not most of them. I definitely agree that only a handful of ND kids are capable of playing in the WCHA, but you have to remember that ND has a lot less kids playing hockey compared to Minnesota.

I agree, just by moving up a level doesn't automatically make SDSU better than the rest of the NCC teams.

I'm sure Parise and Bo will play on saturday if they win on friday. They are still gunning for a number 1 seed in the tournament and they need all the wins they can get.
