I thought it was funny when the Common Man said that he thought it was weird how the duckies and bunnies show talked for almost a half a day about duckies and bunnies and the issues related to the lawsuit.

I agree, the ducks and geese are not the property of North Dakota, but pheasants are not a migratory bird and the are raised by a lot of people in the state and therefore are property of the state. I think lumping all the birds into one category by some making the arguments is not right. My only problem with it is Minnesota is mad about the restrictions and they are mad about the price raise. North Dakota was way behind on the price raise and it was definitely justified. There is obviously a demand for hunting in the state and they did what any state or business would do in such a situation. If Minnesota hunters want to fight this, they need to stick to the real issues that matter to them like no hunting the first weekend, because the raising of the prices was something that is justified and will remain where they are.

I think Woog trying to make Parise out to be a goalie runner was the biggest stretch I have ever heard. Woog doesn't get much respect for his homer style announcing, but things like that don't ever help the situation either.

I just talked to the guy who does almost all of the installations of DirecTV for a couple of companies around here in Grand Forks and Fargo and he told me that the summer launch date has been moved up significantly in the last couple of days.

Well in a month or so when DirecTV and Dish Network start broadcasting local channels for Fargo and Grand Forks, there will be a lot of people telling Midco to stick it. I'm one of them because there should be no reason for them not to be putting this game on this weekend. It is unbelieveable to think that we might not be able to watch the game on cable television from a cable producer who has a monopoloy on the television market in this area. Goon, I've given a few people a piece of my mind also and glad to hear I'm not the only one.

I personally know a lot of season ticket holders of the Wild who are getting tired of management not considering some bigger name offensive players. The Wild have a great fan following and a good thing going, but I hope Wild Management doesn't start taking the sellouts for granted.
