I'm not trying to pick a fight, but it is a lot easier to question penalty calls when you are at the game in person. Sometimes the camera angles and replays don't show the play in question as well as you would see it in person. That is why it is tough for me to judge a lot of the penalties, since I only watched them on tv.

It has been changed on the website since I posted that link this morning. And I've seen they have now posted the correct starting time of the game, they had that wrong also earlier today.

It takes money and extra work, to produce those games, everyone knows that. It just is really strange for them to broadcast friday night's game and not saturdays.

I don't think anyone is broadcasting sat.

Woog will probably start saying that Joyce and Hrkac both were awarded "phantom" goals during the 86-87 year and sadly, TC and others will buy into it.

When I heard Woog make that comment against Merrimack, I just about threw up. I can't believe he is still spewing that same garbage years later. He has made that comment several times over the years while adding commentary to gopher games.

They are Carmike, but will they not be in competition with each other?

After reading all of your posts on this subject, I definitely have to laugh out loud. Competition in this market is definitely a well needed thing. If the people of Grand Forks and outlying areas can't support all of the screens, then only the strong will survive. Columbia 4 is a dump and something needed to be done. It was hard to charge people 7.50 to watch a new release movie in that place. With the push for stadium seat theaters, it was sad that it took the announcement of two new movie places in Grand Forks to force the already existing Carmike 10 to renovate some of their existing movie theaters into stadium style seating. It makes you wonder how long it would have taken Carmike 10 to do this, if competition wouldn't have moved into this market.

Really, they didn't broadcast the away games at Duluth earlier in the season? Was I dreaming that?
