I'm not one to criticize college kids on message boards, but I'll make an exception for this... I can't even comprehend how many levels of stupidity this is... Shoplifting period. Shoplifting while wearing team jersey. Shoplifting $16 in merchandise. Doing it right after your 2 game suspension to start season is up. Throwing away scholarship, COA dollars, etc, etc. Glad he's gone. Good riddance... On a lighter note, it appears Adidas does not offer the football team "bicep bands" with the uniform deal, which is probably a good thing.

I picked up my beer for the weekend at 45th St. Happy Harry's, wearing a UND shirt... clerk told me he's seen a lot more UND fans than ndsu fans today, which was a good thing... I told him that's cuz we party way harder than ndsu fans. I've seen a lot of excitement from both sides this week from the people I've talked to.

Tiki Barber solved his fumble-itis by carrying it high & tight... believe it worked for AP too. perhaps worth a try for Santiago... (& keep the ball on the correct side)

Did anyone else notice after a reception by #81 Stanley, PA guy says "pass complete to #61 Brandon Miller." ?? Shows he lacks a basic understanding of the game of football, as well.

I agree... I heard him mix up Santiago & Norberg on a play or 2. Not exactly similar looking players. I wasn't impressed for many of the reasons others had listed, particularly down & distance and giving audience the time remaining during the closing minutes of the game. Hopefully he improves, he needs to. Good news is I'll be at every home game and in Fargo, and will be able to catch all away games on Big Sky tv.

You'd have to look all the way back to the 2014 season for that... - 2 Sophomore QBs battling for the starting position, both of whom had struggles their freshman season. - 1 WR w/ any playing experience returning & he missed the '13 season w/ an injury. - An unproven O-Line that had injury problems in spring ball. Started a juco transfer & former NG playing O-Line for the first time in college. - A RB position group that consisted of 4, yes 4 players to start & finish the season... Only 1 had any significant game experience at UND. Projected starter was a juco transfer, who's career ended in game 2. Relied on a LB turned RB for a few games & a 170lb RB who admirably finished the season. - Young TEs that weren't called on to catch the ball in the previous offense. - True freshman at long snapper, kicker & punter, as well as holder... Remember the Montana game??? Oh, and a new coaching staff... So, taking a trip down old memory lane, I'd say, at this point, the '15 offense is looking a little more stable than the '14 group.

Too bad he only had 1 year of football at UND. Dude was a beast. If I remember right, Nebraska wanted him as a football walk-on before he came to UND for hoops.

I think Feeney's future will be in baseball... He'll have a lot of options, as there will be some big-time baseball programs looking at him or getting drafted into a MLB system.

Stevenson's pic from their signing day had football players signing w/ some pretty prestigious universities... Univ of Chicago, Northwestern & Columbia. Along w/ players signing at Eastern Mich, Northern Mich & UND. Plus, Stevenson won the 2014 8A (highest-class) Illinois State Championship & was ranked in top 50 HS teams by Max Preps. Some talented, smart kids coming out of there.

Are they a true "Kelly green"??? & hopefully not similar to that faded-out green of the currents nike unis. Were they strictly green & white or have some colored trim/accents??? Hopefully black accents as I like the look of our green helmets & black facemasks.

Although Troy Hansen was a known commodity, I'd say his signing was a very good surprise being there wasn't a lot of recruiting info out there on him, other than his UND December visit & some rumors of FBS grayshirt/PWO offers.

Might've worded my post somewhat confusing... Yes, I prefer the white pants & green jersey. Just would prefer gray or black pants over the green pants. Although, I think the green pants/white jersey combo will be just fine. Guessing the alt. combo for '16 will be grays or blacks. The most important thing is they are getting new gear!

What I've read in various publications & sites (no idea how accurate they all are) is that it's a down year for HS talent in Wisc. Whether that is true remains to be seen... I do think Wisc will continue to be a priority in coming years for UND, just didn't work out this year. I do really like the fact that we stayed mostly Midwest and got back into Colorado,
