Far better effort this weekend, unfortunately not quite the results we needed. Guys better get healthy and prepared for a run given the schedule. Team needs to dominate the remaining schedule. The way they played this weekend was a good start. Time to take the next step.

Well he did score a goal, so that helped. Though, he does pull a few Rocco moves where when he has chances his speed is faster than the puck.

They Pioneers are basically the Patriots of college hockey when it comes to officiating in their games.

Congrats to Ludvig! This is awesome. Give me another team to pull for, just not against the Americans. And while I hope Chay had a great tournament, I just don't think I can actually pull for Canada...but Go Chay!

Agreed, he was handed a ton of talent. That being said, he did cash in on it and do his job. Kind of slid the last two years thought. It sounds like he has a few things in the talent pipeline, but not like the last several years. UND has been one of the most dominant teams in the country since I started watching them in 03, we seem to be slipping from that.

Apparently, wouldnt bank on landing Rizzo if he is watching this trash.

Have you watched the game? The score may be what matters in the end, but this team has kind of played like garbage. Granted the officiating isn’t helping, but they have not looked good.

Not yet. Not sure how they shift players. Maybe 4th quarter?

Numbers don’t always define quality. What type of shots did he face? Again the knock is not all against Cam but how he D plays in front of him. For example there were two goals earlier that were pretty tips that could have been prevented, not necessarily by Cam but by his D playing better and tying up guys in the slot. It seems to be the trade off as we have moved to small speedier, offensive defenseman, we have lost some of the grit in front of our own net.

Way to much black and white here. You CAN say that we should have goalies split time (when healthy) WITHOUT it meaning that Cam is a direct problem. He is not. Cam is good. But teams play different in front of different goalies. I think this team get a little to complacent in front of Cam. May splitting some time make them stay on their game?

You are missing the point. Cam is not necessarily the issue, BUT sometimes a change in goalie will also change the approach of the defense. That’s not always a bad thing.

The defense accentuated his talent. I am and always have been a Cam fan. A periodic change in goaltenders also changes the menatality of your defense sometimes. If anything my criticism is the defense needs to limit opportunities.

Not where I was going at all. I just want more than one guy.you know depth! I think I mentionedCam makes some amazing saves, but some of his success can be attributed to his defense too. My point was,sometime a change in goal makes your DEF play different. Not saying it is all on the goalie.
