I say plenty of crazy things. Don't underestimate me lol. I'm just saying what I've heard. He is on our roster. He can't be a bad player, in all honesty. Will he ever been good enough for consistent playing time? We'll see. I'm sure he'll get his shot.

So, what is he missing? I'm not tossing out a letter for the sake of it. I think he's one of the best leaders and probably our best player. That = A to me.

I've heard/read a lot about Chartrand being pretty darn good. We'll see. I pegged Boeser as an A not because of him being the best player, but he's one of the hardest workers. I see a lot of Toews in his work ethic. He was lauded a lot during the season for being a leader. The only other one close to him in terms of leadership, IMO, is Pogo and I think Boeser and Pogo deserve it equally.

I 100% agree. JJ showed a bit of scoring touch, too. Not quite up to LJ's sniping ability, but a bit of a knack for it. He's very good defensively.

I realized after that my post came off like a d-bag, sorry haha. Wasn't intended. I'd guess at this point that any team who drafts Jost trusts us to develop him. Putting him together with 2 first round picks will do nothing to hurt his status and will only enhance it. If that means playing less center, which it would on a line with Schmaltz, so be it.

I think this is close. I'd like to maybe try JJ with Gardner and Pogo. He's got that "Heavy Line" feel, IMO. I don't think they can pass on loading that top line. I'll go: Jost, Schmaltz (A), Boeser (A) JJ, Gardner, Pogo Gersich, Simo (A), Wilkie Hoff, Olson, Gornall 20 Gage (C), Wolanin T. Poolman (A), Shaw C. Poolman, Evers/Chartand/Bowen Johnson Tomek Rinks Anderson Two thoughts... that third paring of mine makes me nervous. I think I agree with you in that they will pair the Poolies and have a more "veteran" guy like Shaw with a freshman. I don't want a freshman D pairing. The other.... Tomek is going to get his shot.

JJ? I'm sorry, but absolutely not. It will be one of three, IMO .... Jost, Gersich and Wilkie. I don't see Bubbs passing on a Jost, Schmaltz, Boeser line. We have plenty of centers.

It really is worth your time to watch them all. I forgot how much we dominated both NU and Michigan. Holy smokes that team wanted to get back to the Four. DU was a war and QU just never had a chance after we got past the Pios. We wanted it too much.

Watching the NU game. TOTALLY forgot we were down 1-0 early on hahaha. They scored and I was like, oh yeah, that sucked. I now remember being filled with terror when they scored that goal. Worked out alright, eh?

100% agree. Not just could be viewed as inferior, it is view as inferior and that isn't a knock. It's simply just the system in place. Until the FCS champ gets a shot at the FBS champ, it will always been seen as inferior in the CFB world. It's really an apples to oranges comparison to say anything other.

It's ignorant because you don't agree with it? If his opinion that FCS is JV, that's his opinion. By the definition of it not being the top tier in college football, it's fairly accurate. It was a clean, light-hearted shot at NDSU. Pump the brakes.
