Anyone else think Borgstrom and the other DU player kneeling next to Plante while he was down contributed to the major? I 100% respect the fact that he was hurt and hope he's going to be ok and they are looking out for their guy, but for cryin' out loud, get the players out of there, refs. No business being there.

Zane McIntyre needs to be in the discussion for G. He left UND with a lot of accolades and records.

Would we be? I don't think so. It wasn't malicious or intentional, whatsoever. He was trying to make a hit, but realized too late the puck was already gone. He even pulled up. Interference and unneeded? Absolutely. 5 minute major? Absolutely not.

I feel the same way, BSV. I feel like our defense has been playing really well and I'm interested to see how we pair our lines with theirs. Will DU load Borgstrom, Terry and Gambrell together or spread them out like the did against St. Cloud? Spreading them out certainly worked well last week, but I feel like we are defensively better than the Huskies. I think DU having last change could lead them to avoiding the Wolanin/Poolman pairing and they could roll those three together. Thoughts everyone?

His coach said in Brad's article that he's a great skater. I like that he's scoring points, but I'm just worried about it being an age and size thing.

No, you're absolutely right. Harvard and Cornell are the only two that come to mind. Other than SCSU and DU, there's not really a huge crop of hot teams. So, we're the No. 1 in a bunch of average teams below the top 2, basically haha. I love this challenge and can't wait to see where we stand.
