  1. Also.... DOES HE SHAVE HIS ARM PITS?!?! WHAT IS THIS KID?!?! hahaha
  2. If all three of these aren't on a poster at the REA when we play the Gophers this year, I will be disappointed in our fans.
  3. And I positively enjoy making fun of him.
  4. How'd you get this? Is it sent to Alumni?
  5. My guess is that there have to be at least some holdovers from Eaves' pipeline, right? Still, yes, this was a huge problem. That and losing Brock
  6. Seriously! I just have this vision of Granato spinning yarns with his snake oil and the parents being all dreamy eyed. Three years later when it's time to come to campus, the roster is full. Crazy.
  7. Yeah, it's still wrong. Saying "this year's NHL Entry Draft" implies he's NHL draft eligible. Which he's not.
  8. I wonder if these kid's parents are looking at the recruiting pipelines. I'm assuming they know if their kid is going to have a shot to play there, right? Insane.
  9. Who's she? says the Sioux and New York Giants fan
  10. Definitely young, but with our solid ties to the BCHL now, I'm optimistic. He even flat out mentioned Jost. Good stuff. Nice work, Bubs and Co.
  11. This was the point I was trying to make.
  12. I'm fully aware that Rowney scored less points as a senior, but that wasn't all Rowney was about. Pogo reminds me of Rowns in many ways. Leadership, size, relative speed, etc., etc. Thanks for pointing out an obvious, however. I appreciate it.
  13. Pogo reminds me a lot of Rowns, despite obviously being drafted. Hopefully he has as big a senior year as Carter did.
  14. Sounds like he's got an injury that will slow him down a bit at the start. However, he's gonna get his shot, for sure.
  15. Yeah, he's fine skating forward, I was talking more lateral movement and quickness to find empty space. I agree his release isn't very good, too. Yeah, it bums me out when guys don't stick it out and try and get better to move into the lineup, but if you can step into a guaranteed role with another team, it can only help him potentially improve his pro stock. He needs to put up points.
  16. Unfortunately, he's just not fast enough and/or skate well enough to get open to get that shot off, with regularity. Seems like a good kid and I hope he gets his shot at CC.
  17. Yeah, I think those five are locks, Johnson included, until someone takes their spot. Bast and Kiersted battle for No. 6. I think Wolanin, Shaw and Colton play every night without injury. After that, Peski, Johnson, Bast and Kierstad battle for spots 4 through 6, with the sophomores getting the early leg up because of experience. Just my $0.02.
  18. Until proven otherwise, I think we go with what we know.... Wolanin, Shaw, Johnson, Peski, Colton... earn that 6th spot, boys.
  19. Yeah, I don't see Olson sitting whatsoever. That kid showed some skill down the stretch and is solid in his role.
  20. Classy response, Matej. Cheers in the USHL.
  21. Good problem to have, the way I see it!
  22. I guess I don't understand why you disagree. Rinks was the No. 2 all year. UND has always been a team to elevate players based on practice performance. If Tomek was playing better in practice, he would have been the No. 2.
  23. He doesn't need it, but in defense of IHTINB, his source is as about as good as it gets. Take it, or leave it.
