No Jordan Pearce? or Ryan Duncan?! How can't Duncan be a finalist??? Maybe I'm just really bias, but a team captain with 46 pts on the season for the #1 team in the WCHA, why wouldn't he be picked? I agree with Wilson, Lamoureux for sure. I don't agree with Caporusso (Palushaj should be here, +25 compared to +11, 48pts compared to 46). And he's the MVP of the WCHA? He's not on MT, those numbers scream at me saying that he's poor defensively.

Everyone knows that the goofers will make the tourney regardless of what happens. Duluth even with a third place finish is done. I mean, the gophers have played really good lately. The last two series there 3-1! They had to play on the road and got a split! Thats not easy in the WCHA. Sweep at home, split on the road!!!

Just remember, don't expect a win. I did that in 2004, I've never been more disappointed. I have high expectations, but not unrealistic. Go Sioux!!! There is definately some special about this group of guys. I said it after the goofer series.

I agree that he shouldnt be suspended. Is it really necessary to suspend coaches if they have issues with the ref? I guess they have no right to their own public opinion or own public voice. I'm so sick of this political correctness, and he said she said stuff. I know its common practice for leagues to suspend coaches for critizing officials and league officials On the other hand, he was upset by the lack of calls, probably rightfully so. Tough luck and go tell someone who actually cares, it's definately not the media. As he stated himself, hes a veteran coach. He knows better than to speak through the media.

I would LOVE to see us in bridgeport and have to get through Miami and Yale/Air Force. I would hate to be Notre Dame, trying to get through UMD and DU, although DU has been struggling as of late IMO. I like the fact that I don't see BC also. But it makes me so mad that UMN has a good chance of making the tourney!

I think its impossible to say the GREATEST captain of all time. We have had great leaders leading this program year in and year out. So many seniors and juniors that have had an incredible career at UND. As for ONE of the greatest, of course! Ryan Duncan will always be remembered as of the greats that ever played at UND. No matter what happens the rest of the season. I thought of this as Duncan scored (THREE) straight to take over the game last saturday. Although Duncan is small, we have some big shoes to fill. Without Toews and Oshie our teams have done fine. I'm excited about our incoming class, but also nervous about who will provide the night in and night out dedication, heart, and leadership that Duncan has provided for 4 great seasons. Thank you Dunc!

Definately played to Techs level Saturday night. Tech came out strong and play a solid third period. We got a couple lucky bounces to go our way, else we could've seen OT. It'll be interesting to see how we play at the Final 5. It'll be a good prep for the NCAA tourney.
