I guess my response then would be to tell those teams to have a better season and win more games so they earn home ice lol Is it fair that the Wild have to play the Blackhawks the majority of playoff games in Chicago? Yes IMO because the Wild are, so far, inferior during the regular season. I understand where the hesitation would be from smaller schools, but I don't believe it to be warranted or due to an unfair advantage for the simple fact that they're a small school. I believe we are on the same side of the issue but understand you're just playing devil's advocate.

Why would our advantage be bigger than MTU or BGSU? because they have less seats? because our team is consistently better and more often a #1 seed?

Honestly, I thought the fanfest they had setup outside was awesome. Unfortunately the temperatures were not as awesome so there was limited amount of people there. Sounds like they're planning for more upgrades this year with Fan Fest being right on 1st Ave in front of the Target Center Friday and in the skyway on Saturday, can't wait!

So would you like us to have the tournament during our 1st round playoffs or should we skip the NCAA and play on the weekend of regionals? There's no other weekend to do it.

The boards were terrible, ice was bad, sight lines were poor…. and I had a hell of a good time Don't go into expecting the X though, you'll be disappointed.

Am I being a sensitive or does that seem unfair that some games allow extra time for a win/loss decision? Not every team has the same amount of time to decide their games that have NCAA tournament implications.

Oh wow, I didn't even see that Omaha was 50/1! I might even throw $20 at that. Unfortunately I won't be getting to Vegas until May or I'd get in on this action. Probably $20 on Omaha and $100 on the Sioux.
