It would be an interesting survey to determine the age of persons demanding more (nattys) from the program. It has been mentioned that some are unhappy with Hakstol's staunch position on sticking to his game plan and not making in game adjustments. Is this perhaps how the Final Four disappointments came to be? Not because he didn't adjust, but other coaches (curse you -Jerry York) were able to develop a plan to defeat the Sioux?

Do you guys ever wonder if there is a crazed fan out there? In their mom's basement, vicariously living their life on the internet. Following Sioux hockey like day follows night. What if looney Bob decides the only way to change our misfortunes is through an act of violence? What if "Fire Hak" is his rally cry? What if he thinks REA is a curse? Maybe everyone should just take a deep breathe and look at what else is going on in the world before we incite ol' Bob.

Halfway through the 3rd period, Gothberg skates to the corner and is greeted by 3 topless bulldog cheerleaders and in his hasty retreat toward the crease, he inadvertently bats the puck in the net. The refs witness the display and give the Bulldogs an extra goal out of pity and ask the ladies to keep their tops on.

Ever wonder why Eades was let go and not Jackson? I don't think head coach change is going to be the miracle cure for our championship blues, but something needs to change? Learn from CHL and pay the kids under the table?

Somewhere in the last umpteen billion posts on the subject it has been mentioned that incoming players are too focused on play after college(NHL). Personally I think it is a multitude of reasons: 1. Push by CHL to play there. 2. Parity 3. Pressure from fan expectations 4. Coach systems 5. Probably others but I am only a hockey fan and beer drinker, so the only place that makes me an expert is on Siouxsports. I will be surprised if Dave calls for advise.

After watching the latest installment of "Through These Doors" I am wondering if there is too much emphasis on academics? Flame away.

I would think the "flippin the bird" incident has played a role in his demeanor in front of cameras and the media.

Interesting article, IMHO it needed to also discuss the treatment of "star players" by team mates and opponents. Lesser skilled players taking runs at players are obvious but the frustration of "clutch and grab" and resentment of team mates is another concern
