Maybe someone we play is willing to give up a home game. We certainly shouldn’t give up one our home games late in the year when we are battling for a conference title. We are trying to build our fan base for home games and tailgating.

Recruiting at NDSU obviously didn't go quite as good as they originally hoped. They offered the Wisconsin QB a walk on not long ago and by the end they had to give him a full ride to get him.. NDSU apparently didn't get who they really wanted if they went from walk on to full ride in the last week. they must of been feeling a little desperate.

The reality for the qb is this. From what I hear NDSU has an heir apparent freshman qb in their program that probably be their starting Qb for the next 4 years. They also have another qb in their program who is good. Does this recruit want to go to a school where he might just be a backup or go where he has a chance to start for 4 years. Time will tell.

I wouldn’t think NDSU would waste a schollie. But if they had 2 QB candidates of similar value NDSU would take great delight in going after the one UND wants. You can be sure if that.

If the player busted for drugs was a UND player and the Fargo media knew about it the story would of leaked. I am quite sure of that.

The refs are sure calling penalties that could easily not be caled. They are either wrong or could they simply not throw the flag. The game isn’t about the refs.

Referees are making a difference already. Bison program is just simply destined. Those penalties were crap

The problem is there just isn’t enough talent there. Your wanting these particular players to do things they just aren’t good enough to do on a regular basis.

As it turned out we got zero possessions

So by punting we were hoping our defense would stop them and force them to punt. I think they have one of the best punters in the country. Best case scenario we got one last shot and probably have to go 60 or 70 yards to score and get a 2 point conversion. I would rather go for it and maybe have 2 possessions

Train wreck

There were lots of reasons offense sucked. But you can’t candy coat it. kett’s overall qb play was really bad. He just simply lost his ability to make proper decisions on the field. He was sleep walking out there most of the time. At crunch time when time and yardage was critical he didn’t even get a play off in time. Inexcusable. Ouch. I think he went to turf before they even made contact some times or it sure seemed like it.

Our defense on critical pass plays was bad. Our offense was brutal. Or qb was more than brutal. Our offense coordinator was brutal. An as a whole our total coaching job breath takingly bad. Clock management , play calling, inexcusable penalties, and general game decision making was like a junior high football team. Some of this has to be assigned to head coach. I am at a loss of words. More than disappointing.

I don’t think our coaching situation is just a over reaction from fans. I really believe Chaves has a critical situation going on with our football team. It isn’t just momentary anger by our fans. This is not good.

I have finally come around to what most fans have been saying. The coaching staff has to go. The announcers are even laughing at us. Wow
