Ya that was a tough night. Their just too banged up right now to play six periods of the above average hockey it would have taken to sweep them. Still think home ice is int he future though. As fior the BB game, who know what team is going to show up for either side. Hoping for a close and compettive game that does not have the sloppiness that both teams have had stretches of.

It never will because it's all UND fans can rebuttal with. Neither FCS FB or D1 hockey are relevant nationally and nobody outside of the schools playing them care about either of them. Everyone here needs to deal with it.

This mornings paper has an ad saying seats are still available for this weekends Sioux/CC games. Maybe they will still sell out but if they don't the reason has got to be Thanksgiving imo.

Well let me tell you as I just completed that trip this last weekend (changed sweatshirts in the car though as i didn't have time to go home ). Got to see a very good Bison team beat UNI and then watched the Sioux beat the Huskies (most of it anyway as I got there late). Both venues were full and I had fun watching both teams/games. And before you go thanking a Bison alumni for spending money at a UND hockey game don't cause thats not the case. I'm a ND sports fan that enjoys watching good programs with good tradition/fan bases of which I got to do twice in one day.

Clear your cards, thats a good bingo. If it played out that way it would be best for all. Then these sites could light up with" UND got NDSU in" and "NDSU was asked to be in" arguments.

He developes players as well as any coach out there. There are alot of teams that bring in great talent every year but don't develope into great teams or improve as players during the course of their careers. To win a National championship you need more than just great talent. There has to be cohiesiveness, a team getting hot at the right time and a little bit of luck too. A coach's job is to develope his team throughout the season and give them a chance chance at the end (which he does) and then it's the players job to get it done. He will continue to do this and will eventually get a title. There is a reason why even the elite hockey programs only average a National title once a decade or so. Alot has to fall in place outside of coaching. Give him an extension now he desreves it.

Last time I checked Grand Forks (where they play) is in the Central time zone. I'm glad you know that less than 1/4th (geography that is not population) of the state is in the Mountain time zone. As for Montana alaways going to bat for UND, you know this how?
