I will be there Friday and Saturday night and be on my BEST behavior also will be having MafiaMan as my guest Friday to keep me in line!

Even better than the bubble my kids used to play in. Schwann's Red Barron Arena is nice. i was just there for sectional softball and have attended games there as well. They now have a beautiful complex thanks to the bonding bill to go with the arena.

It is now in the 14th inning!

If you are planning on going to Mankato get your motel rooms now as it is the same weekend of the Mankato Marathon. MafiaMan and Goon believe it or not I am running in the 10 Kilometer race on Saturday morning, MIGHT EVEN WEEAR MY FIGHTING SIOUX jersey! MANKATO SHOULD BE HOPPING WITH SIOUX FANS THAT WEEKEND.

We usually stay at the Hyatt downtown. Shuttle to Arena and Breakfast in AM. Within walking distances of bars and eating downtown. Two microbrewerys less than a block away. Parking Ramp. Liquor Store/Convienence Store(Cubby's) across street. Management is really nice.

Try Omaha or Des Moines. Got mine out of Omaha for about 300 with Luggage fees on allegiant!

Booked Flight out of Omaha to vegas last night. Found rooms at Orleans on Southwest hospitality (Motel) site.Little more expensive but got 7000 southwest miles to use in future. Flight was 658 for 2 people with 1 carry on and 1 luggage up to 40 ponds on allegiant.
