I had figured CC caught it on the flight home since they flew commercial and our games are still on. I also heard their positive case involved a player who did not play in either game but I’m not sure how accurate that is. Could just be internet chatter.

I think the constant turnover on their roster is kind of a red flag. I feel like I am always hearing about guys transferring out or leaving the team, so they have to bring in massive freshman classes every year. Those classes they bring in might be talented but if upperclassmen aren’t sticking around, it’s trouble.

Did he play to start the game? If he did I apparently completely missed it because the first time I saw his line out there, Blaisdell was in his spot and Pinto scored so I had thought it might have been an equipment issue.

Omaha is having fans also. I know it’s the first NCHC games to have fans, but I’m not sure about the rest of the NCAA. I’d be surprised if any fans are allowed at games out East.

I think Blaisdell must have had a setback. Originally it sounded like Berry thought he’d be back before the end of the pod. That didn’t happen. But we were short a forward all season so adding Jamernik gives us additional reinforcements at forward.

Jamernik was scheduled to arrive in the fall, so he’s not new. The AJHL is on pause, with no guarantee of starting back up, might as well get him on campus.

He’s not at UND. He went home the day they kicked him off the team. He’s not getting back on the team. It was a school decision, not a decision made by Brad Berry.
