I'm nervously excited! I'm attempting to watch the hawks/wild game and the sioux webcast on my computer at the same time. This can't possibly end well. My buddy just texted me to inform/rub it in that he is going to the hawks/wild game ... but at least i can watch both now haha. Oh, I'm also hoping the mono rumor about forbs is just that.

I think it's seen differently from person to person. I know a lot of people thought it was clean and a lot of people that thought it wasn't. I, initially thought it was a borderline head shot. But... I've only seen it once and without having seen it again I can't really evaluate it either way to determine if I was wrong or not. Either way I think it was borderline and my first impression was actually that it was a pretty dumb time to take a penalty with so little time left in the period.

I heard a rumor about mono....but that's all it was... a rumor, so I don't know.

darn it i moved to minny. random comment: when i lived in gf i lived off gateway by the clarion inn and once came across the michigan tech hockey team walking back from mcdonalds before the game. oh fun times.

My theory is that is if it's a home game... it's on TV. FCS included. We have an FCS contract. They HAVE to put our games on. So it's safe to assume a home game is on TV... it doesn't always show up on FCS right away, but no worries. They haven't let me down yet.

not to be nitpicky... Camper's stat line is actually 7 g- 10a - 17 pts. Yeah, he's tearing it up no doubt about that.

So, it'd be nice to get more offensive contributions from someone besides Frattin. A couple more guys need to kick it into high gear. It'd also be nice to not spend a majority of games on the penalty kill. Which considering we play DU this next weekend... doesn't seem to be ending soon. I'm glad it's early in the season and we can work on improving these issues. I am trying to keep my spirits up.

well... he was their only other option when they decided to take out both rowney and cichy. Bruno didn't make the trip.

I've only seen him play once and was decently impressed with his game ... he looked feistier (is that a word lol) than Jordan. Has more grit. - though that might be due to the 3 penalties he took in that game haha. Jordan obviously has more of the high end skill. Zach would be a 4 year player in college

I'm all for maintaining position. It's moving up where my issue is. I agree polls aren't anything but a thing to look at as a comparison tool, but I just don't agree a team should move up based on zero games played when other teams have played. I'm pretty set on this opinion, so we might as well end this conversation now.

Yup, and saying that makes it hard for me to justify a number 1 national ranking to Cornell. I'm sure they have a good team ... but they have yet to prove it to anyone. Just a little pet peeve of mine.

Um... what part of Grand Forks is located in Minnesota? EGF is a separate city if you ask me. It's like saying Moorhead is a part of North Dakota. Are we still referring to MN as the state of hockey? And why is that relevant?

Agreed. I saw that this morning and kind of rolled my eyes. To not even get a mention is kind of a slap in the face.
