I would agree. But history with Bubba (and there’s plenty of it) doesn’t leave with the feeling that we can compete with the top teams. It just feels like the same old same old.

Absolutely if they play like they did today. Probably not even close.

Have not been impressed at all with Boise State, yet we are down 17. Doesn’t leave me filled with hope when we go play SDSU or NDSU.

Play calling could be better. The running game is going ok, the pass protection is none existent. So we run for 4 on first down, then pass on 2nd and 6 which forces a pass on third and six.

So the missed extra point has now cost us 3 points. Turned into a missed field goal.

The defense did nothing to bail him out after the turnover. Let them go right down the field for 7.

The refs aren’t helping but we are shooting ourselves in the foot. Dropping interceptions, missing tackles, and shanking extra points. Still we are only down 8. This next drive is very important to get points.
