Blake got a great deal! Almost rookie max and basically burning this year. $2.7 million and he’s restricted free agent in just two years. Very good contract for a 4th rounder that developed into first round talent while at UND.

Not to mention they are one of the best teams in the league at the moment. It’s not like he’s dealing with San Jose…

Don’t be surprised if Blake makes his NHL debut on Tuesday fellas.

Nice little nugget from College Hockey Inc. today… If Jackson Blake registers a point this weekend, he will set an NCHC record for most conference points in a season.

Actually it did work for out for Berry in the NHL. He chose to leave the show on his own to return to UND and live in Grand Forks where his family was located. Young children in the house, etc. He made a good choice. He could’ve easily stayed in the NHL as an assistant.

And then he delivered a shut out!
