I agree I said earlier that I won't count them out until they are sitting as number 15 in the pairwise on March 22. I'm not sure why everyone is so obsessed with saying the gophers are done when we haven't sewn up na ncaa birth yet either, one bad weekend in we are in the same position. there is a lot of hockey left to be played.
we have gotten absolutely no help the last month and we've up to 11th. the law of averages say at some point we'll start to get some. as long as we keep winning and as teams start to beat up each other during conference tournaments we'll get some assistance and move up even more.
I agree with the Wiercioch statement and also Jordan Schroeder could be thrown into the mix. I guess I was just looking at if you took Eids out of the lineup and and PW out would each team still be where their at? UND probably not, DU probably. I was looking at overall impact.
actually I would love to see the gophs on the road at wisc with loser pretty much done for the year. although no matter who the gophs play that will be the case.
on a side not the sioux are 3-0-1 in their last 4 afternoon tilts at the Ralph. 5-2-1 if you include this year's ice breaker and gli plus last year against duluth.
sad as this is to say these playoff games will not be close to sell outs, maybe 10k at most. every playoff series I've been to has been far from a sell out. so yes there should be plenty of good seats available.
Let"s hope we can change this stat this weekend, but the last time we swept CC up here was in Oct. 2001, the third week the Ralph was I open I think. Let's go boys I would love for things to work out and see them skate with the Cup on Sunday.

how they would break that 3-way tie for 4th is beyond me.
