It was a great game to see, one of the best I've been too. Good crowd, good teams IMO. Lennon is a great coach, he has a hell of a runningback that's for sure. As far as being bitter, I personally did hear quite a few bison suck chants from the sioux fans behind us. I told the lady to win 7 more national championships, you wanna talk about bitter??? I can't even repeat what she and her 2 friends told me. The rivalry def. is not dead, especially when we have Sioux fans coming to our games with specially made t-shirts, wow, I wonder who is really hanging on, sioux or bison. Do you guys get many bison fans at your games talking lots of smack?

Well, as far as we are concerned, we have tons of work to do, and hopefully we did it with our bye week. We are sucking wind right now with Lennon coming into town, btw Southern is playing a hell of a game too.

Hey, that's not so bad. You will do better with the next home games with some good teams coming up there. I guess I don't know exact numbers, but I'd bet you guys are right at our first year attendance.

Thank god for the college students and air force base, with Grand Forks being smaller than Bismarck AND Fargo. Your attendance could be worse, wow. Get some people in the stands, for what it's worth, all the talk in Bis is of Hockey season. Doesn't mean good things for a DIII coming in next. I know a few UND alum in Bis that could care less with football, but are desparately awaiting Hockey.

I actually welcome playing UND again, I'm not sure of why we didn't schedule you. Probably the same as why you didn't want to schedule us a few years ago.

Um, yes, and I realize you were D2 last year too. My point was that the UND coaches and players are recognizing the D1 thing, but fans are down playing it. Why would you guys schedule a DIII when you could have scheduled a D2 that was instate this year?

I know MT football, and how serious they are about it. I wonder what their super fans would think of some punk UND fans talking smack of how FCS, DIAA, whatever, isn't all that bigger than D2, and how a D2 would hang with them. Our win set aside, a win on a missed FG. When UND fans blow off IAA means they are blowing off programs that have been around for years, even though they are not FBS schools. I mean, it's just crazy. I'm not saying, nor have I ever said it's thee level to play college football at. How would Dave K feel if Mary fans said D2 is just a glorified NAIA?? They hung with Auggie and St Cloud very easily last year. I bet UND fans would be pissed. And actually we will find out next week, when Chadron ST comes to Bis, again. A ranked team that would have played UND very tough last year. Guess we will see how NAIA does against D2.

It is a race though, it's a race to see who gets a FCS championship first.

I must say, that is an awesome team to schedule, and I am jealous. But, you guys are still 4 years behind us, you could schedule whoever you want, and the truth is that we made the jump before you. To the poster that said "the big brother is now DI" or whatever. How many national championships do you guys have exactly to be called "big brother" Yes we sucked during the '90's, guess you guys sucked the 30 years before that. Can't wait til we play again, and while you guys play St. Cloud this year we actually have some games this year that count. And DaveK, you can piss and moan all you want, but you know I am right.

I wish the best for both schools. I am disappointed that people forget NDSU has a very good Pharmacy program. One of our professors even brought back Montana's pharmacy program from the brink of extinction.

Dave K, you really are a "special" person. Anyways, regardless what anybody says, or tries to come up with, we have the upper hand here, there will be 2 games played in Fargo before we travel up north. Dave my friend, get your head out of your ass.

I'll be satisified with the next couple of games being played in Fargo IMO, whenever it starts again. We won't be going to the machine shed for a few years.

T'is funny that the UND guys have to go to Fargo for ProDay. BUT, would be cool to see Walker throw to Dressler, great combo IMO, I bet they had some fun.

I'm the first to admit, this schedule isn't all that bad, and I congrat. the sioux for such a schedule. I do want to comment though, on the fact that lots of sioux fans think that the Bison were completely !@#$ before we moved up. We weren't THAT bad, lots of sioux fans forget about 2000, IMO. But, like I said, not that bad of a schedule guys, I do wish that you could have played or given Mary a shot. If you gotta schedule a DIII, Mary could have taken that spot and sold a ton of tickets. I know lots of folks from Bis that would have gone to the game.

It seems to me that UND football, and as well as the U itself are at an all time low. Fans such as Sultan are stretching for things/figures that make them feel happy for the time being. I do find it interesting that Bison smack by UND fans is allowed on this board, but the reverse ends up in reprimand. Sultan better enjoy the pathetic playoff game that was held at the shed this year, it's your last for quite some time. Both football shows are pathetic, low budget, does it really matter? I don't really know if you are comparing 1990 bison football to 2007 und football playoff attendance or not, but if you are, it's kind of pathetic, basicly you haven't grown at all. OR wait, you have, you FINALLY make the playoffs, but have only won the big one ONCE. Let's instead compare your Winona win to our U of M win.

All the Sioux fans out here say that they will own all in football in the next couple of years, so this move still makes me wonder....
