I know the cool and hip things these days with younger kids is "retro" clothing but all you have ever known UND or the hockey team as is "North Dakota" or "Fighting Hawks". Why spend money on an ugly counterfeit jersey that you have no ties to?

But UND has the best fans in the world, and we travel well.

The trend in all sports seems to be hiring younger coaches and I think its the best thing. These players today are not made to be coached the way these older coaches know how to. It's not a knock on the older coaches but more of a knock on how a lot of these younger players have been coached/handled by people.

That same case could be made for Berry.

They would never make it in the NHL then.

I said this early in after some non conference losses. This team is god awful right now and those non conference losses will hurt us (not that it matters anymore after losing to Miami). Berry gave up on Shaw after 4 years because we weren’t playing right, maybe it’s time to give up on Berry because he isn’t developing players.

Good, he did nothing wrong to get cut or void his contract. Now the next thing we will hear is Isiaiah’s mom suing him in civil court.

This team is just not that good. They should be a good team but for some reason they just can’t figure it out.

I’m in the camp that it’s the mother who is behind this. An agent such as Miller’s isn’t going to stick his neck out like he has (and he explained in the podcast). Sad situation all around.

Sean Burke comes to mind for me. He beat his wife terribly in 97 and was allowed to play in the NHL afterwards and now he is the goaltending coach in Vegas.

I agree with you, its really weird that Gary Bettman/NHL is drawing a line with him. If anyone should be banished from the NHL it's Gary Bettman. Him keeping the Coyotes in Arizona for as long as he has is painful enough.

I have the real deal game used blackhawk and geo jersey and they were well worth the money spent. both jersey can be found if patient and willing to spend a good amount of cash. However, like I said these are nice jersey for the average jersey collector or person who doesnt want a north dakota one.

You are 100% correct on that. People claim they want the old logo back and will pay anything for it but when it comes down to brass tax, they want to pay pennies on the dollar.

It can all be high quality but it’s still not authentic. All his jerseys are reproductions by other companies who didn’t make them in the first place. Again, good stuff for the average fan but for people who want the real deal, not that great but better than that Chinese crap.

People like me want exactly like the players had but to the average fan they are good. Much better than those damn Chinese jerseys you see everywhere

That’s because midco is doing the game due to them doing games for the summit league. Unless UNO does a deal with Midco, this will be a one off. Everyone using the NCHC is seeing the school production which is standard policy.
