  1. Authentic jerseys tend to run 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, etc. Replica or fan jerseys are usually S, M, L, XL, XXL, etc. I'm curious to know how authentic these particular HC jerseys would be before I throw down money to buy one. As Runninwiththedogs can attest, my jersey collection is second-to-none.
  2. I believe size 48 is typically a large. I'm not talking some cheapo replica job either, I want double-sewn elbows and #19 on the back! Purple for sure since they were wearing that last weekend.
  3. Would Mrs PCM still be your puck bunny?
  4. EVERY time he stepped on the ice? That's quite a bold statement.
  5. Yes, the girls...I remember a number of years ago when I was at LSSU for a Michigan/Laker hockey game. I was astounded that a school of 3,000 could come up with that many puck bunnies to hang around waiting for the Lakers to leave Taffy Abel Arena.
  6. Stunningly enough, it started off a speculation over which Sioux players would be leaving school. As if jumping ship is on their collective minds right now.
  7. But do they have hot girls watching the games too?
  8. Yea. My softball average is up to .600 and I hit two home runs last season instead of my usual one.
  9. Bummer, dude. I'm on that board, too. I hope you get it fixed soon.
  10. Stand by your team, rushmore88. My razzing is in jest. I'd be standing by mine on gopherpucklive.com. If only such a site existed...
  11. Next question.
  12. And yet you took time out of your busy schedule making lattes and espressos to comment on it?
  13. The owner of Blarney's seized control of the web site late last night pursuant to court order after several players fell behind in making payments on their bar tabs.
  14. Next question.
  15. Well, I feel I've accomplished all I can in college. Tipped a few back at Blarney's, lost two games at the Final Five in front of 15,000 or so fans cheering for my own team, then went into an obvious anti-Gopher crowd in Grand Forks and almost pulled off a victory against Holy Cross. What possible reason can you think of for me to stick around for another season?
  16. Next question.
  17. MafiaMan#19.com will be up and running later today. I'll refer all questions now to my agent, Drew Rosenhaus.
  18. Today...(today today today)...I consider myself...(myself myself myself)...the luckiest man...on the face of the earth (earth earth earth)...
  19. I'm holding a press conference later today to announce my intentions.
  20. My point is you can make several arguments when looking at the t-shirts. I did purchase a western regional shirt in Grand Forks. While not real fond of the interlocking ND logo, it wasn't like the other logos looked out of place with it on the shirt: UND - interlocking ND Michigan - blue M Minnesota - brown M Holy Cross - interlocking HC Now look at the Frozen Four t-shirts: Wisconsin - flying W Maine - black bear Boston College - BC logo w/eagle on it ND - Sioux logo All of the Frozen Four "logos" include some symbol (along with letters in BC's case) except Wisconsin. I'm concurring that I wouldn't buy anything without the Sioux logo on it, but I'm not convinced it's an NCAA conspiracy this time around. Don't get me started on last year's merchandise, however. I still have some of the plastic cups around my place. You know, the ones where the logos of Minnesota, Denver, and Colorado College are in full color and North Dakota's Sioux logo is black and white.
  21. No, but look out Goldy for that #11 seed William and Mary. On ESPN's gymnastics bracketology show last night, Dick Vitale said there were some real diaper dandies and PTP'ers on that squad.
  22. Good news posted this morning, though, on gophersports.com. Gopher Men's Gymnastics Team Qualifies for NCAA Tournament
  23. In all seriousness, I was a bit surprised that Ryan Potulny wasn't selected as a finalist for the Hobey Baker award. If he and Danny Irmen both go on to good NHL careers, I say good for them. It's unfortunate, though, that college hockey continues to become the new feeder system for the NHL. It's become as bad as college basketball in that respect.
  24. Or maybe something like this: University of Minnesota Golden Gophers: 0-3 in the past five years in meaningless games
