I don't think you're in the minority at all. I have worn my green Sioux jersey around Ann Arbor and East Lansing a couple of times and without someone glancing at the front first, I was prone to either 'Spartans suck' from people walking by me in AA or 'Sparty On!' from people walking by me in East Lansing. I can't imagine wearing a green sweatshirt with the interlocking ND on it anywhere in the country outside of Grand Forks or Fargo without people immediately thinking 'Notre Dame'.

Ssshhhhhh...it's a surprise. The MSP and GF hats were supposed to ship out this past week. I sent the sales rep an e-mail on Friday afternoon to double-check on its status. Don't worry, winter's not here yet so we're still ahead of the 8 ball.

You responded to my 'stupid' post by calling me a tool, then quickly deleted it. Go ahead, passit, let all that anger out...it'll eat you up otherwise. 'Hypothetical' punishments? I guess you haven't kept up on the unfortunate number of UND hockey players finding their names in the police blotter over the past several seasons. It's nice to see UNO take a stand on this and put the hammer down...as opposed to being just another school covering things like this up a la USC football.
