There will be plenty of other door prizes, give-aways, raffles, and items available for purchase. I will be sending the Hogg an attendance estimate on Monday so please let me know even if you are 50/50 on making it. We had 65-75 folks attending last year...would like to see just as many this year. Non-Sioux fans are always welcome to attend...would love to see some Miami and Western Michigan fans in the crowd.

One more win and North Dakota punches its ticket to the 2014 WCHA Final Fi, er, NCHC Frozen Face-off! Come out to the Hoggsbreath and meet some fans - get to know a face instead of just a moniker on the board. Good food, good stories, and a group picture under the Hoggsbreath sign outside the bar, which will again welcome FIGHTING SIOUX fans to town!

Danny Mattson...saw him play his last high school game against Edina...Edina basically pulled the triple-team effort out of basketball and absolutely blanketed him...and he STILL created some great scoring chances. I thought for-sure Mattson was destined for stardom at North Dakota after seeing that game.

Yep, didn't mean everyone here. UND better be paying attention though and avoid the upset bug tonight. If the home teams get their heads screwed on straight, the Sioux, er, North Dakota, could be the only non-three game weekend team headed to Target Center.

Tongue-in-cheek, Oxbow6...UND dismantled Miami a few weeks ago and we saw lots of "big deal - Miami sucks" comments here. I said Miami would show up for the playoffs and now some posters suddenly agree with me. Speaking of gfhockey...racking up the post count when it's 1-0 and 2-0 CC, then the guy disappears for the night when things turn around. Talk about negativity...
