I can recall a Subway Classic game involving Wayne State and Findlay that drew maybe 100 people only a couple of hours before UND took the ice in front of about 9,000 more than that..

The flaw is that there is no consideration for getting hot late in the season as compared with a team firing on all cylinders before Christmas. I would think being a Gopher fan, you'd be plenty familiar with leading the hockey world in being the #1 team in the country in October...only to see that come screeching to a halt come March...

Agreed. Call me old school but Phillips looked and acted like a coach tonight - right down to the suit and tie. I am still picturing Jones and the haven't-shaved-for-two-days casual-Friday look he sported against Weber State.

Please tell me to STFU again. It was classy enough the first time. Give the Bison credit - UND's players would gladly trade that win over NDSU months ago for a win over Oklahoma tonight. Congrats to NDSU on their first-ever NCAA tournament win - let's hope UND can do the same soon - next year would be great.

So much for NDSU blowin' it like i wrote just a few minutes ago...what an effort by the Bison tonight. If this was UND playing, i doubt darrell would be dissing Oklahoma's effort.
