It’s an inside joke. About a decade ago, I was at Joe Sensor’s in Bloomington and FSN was showing a replay of the Gopher loss at UAA. Minnesota scored first, however, and I joked that 1/4 of the bar would cheer like mad in about 3...2...1. Right on cue, they did.
