The board will discuss what it can do about that at its monthly meeting Thursday at UND.
Morley said Friday that it takes as long as nine months for the Supreme Court to decide, but he understands the state will seek an expedited hearing and he
Ok. That makes sense stupid NCAA makes everything difficult. I would think the bodies count more than the paid attendance but in the end it all comes down to money.
So if you buy a ticket and not use it. It would still count for attendance right? Because the money went to the school. But there is no one in the seat so by NCAA rule it wouldn't count because you did not enter the stadium (turnstile, etc.)
So if i were to "win" 2 tickets to a FBS game, and decide not to go and throw the tickets away (no way i would do that), it wouldn't count because i didn't enter the stadium even though it was a paid ticket.
Don't they still have attendance rules i believe its 15,000 on average per season for 3 years or you could be booted out. If thats the case that rules UND out until we get a new stadium.
The thing that scares me about this whole thing is that the SBoHE could tell UND retire the name as of now, and that lawsuit did its job it bought time but maybe not enough time. Come on SR give us some hope.
How is Hanson's PR affecting the budget?? Chapman ran the budget up to a few weeks ago and now NDSU is in the red now Hanson is trying to find ways to get NDSU in the black..its not the federal government where a deficit is okay. Boy you Chapman lovers are really blind when it comes to money.
NDSU President Hanson is going to be on KFGO around 4:20pm to talk about the hiring freeze. So i hope those idiots at Bisonville (Chapman lovers) listen to what he has to say, i feel sorry for this guy look at the mess Chapman left the college in.

Pretty nice article blasting the late Myles Brand and the mess that the NCAA execs started.
