Just a question for the donors that won't donate anymore...why are you mad at the University?? If you have to be pissed at someone be pissed at the tribal council of the Standing Rock for not letting their people vote. Be mad at the NCAA for telling UND they need 2 tribes not 1 to get approval. Be mad at Wayne Stenjeum for not fighting harder in court. But UND has no blame for this unless you want to blame the people who came up with the Fighting Sioux name in the 1930's. If they left it the Flickertails money would still come in. So to put it this way what are you proving by not donating? Since there is NOTHING UND could do. It was in the hands of the SR Tribe.

Pics look great. If they renovated Memorial Stadium they should add seats to the north endzone..so the wind is at your back, and to the east, I hope they would have enough room to do it.

I actually have game programs from the mid 1980's that list Memorial Stadium's capacity at 15,000. I wonder if that was always a typo.

I would love to see a top 10 FCS team either at home or away like a Richmond, or App St, New Hampshire type team. We need to get away from the D2 teams Dave and stay in the FCS if we want to gain both respect among the FCS community and attendance. Do you think the Alerus would be packed to see Grand Valley St?? I doubt it.

I blame 2 groups of people: The NCAA, and the Standing Rock Tribal Council in that order. The NCAA for making that stupid list, and requiring UND not any other school but UND must have 2 tribal approvals. Second I blame the Standing Rock Tribal Council for not allowing their people to have a right to vote. Just look at Spirit Lake and I think that is the reason the SR didn't let their people vote they knew how the vote would go. As for the Summit its not their fault, the SBoHE its not their fault, Robert Kelley its not his fault. If the SR voted against the name people would have been fine. If the NCAA didn't have a list people would have been fine, if the NCAA told people on that list they must have ONE tribal approval people would have been fine. But its over and we never have to worry about Indian Nicknames associated with UND again. Lets see what they blame all their problems on now.

When we are playoff eligible people will care especially when we have no auto birth in the playoffs..every game counts and every win counts. IMHO in 2012 attendance will be at max we will have football fever like we did back in the NCC days. It will be different fighting every opponent to get a spot in the playoffs than just winning the GWFC title. Just be patient.

I think when UND pics a new nickname the REA will eventually start removing the "required" logos in the arena and start replacing them with the new logos. It will be tough to do, but everyone knows it will come down to it.

The year NDSU went to the NCAA tourny they played in Sioux Falls...why not Fargo because its a NEUTRAL SITE!!!!!!!

Actually they cannot unless they take UND to court for a second time and that won't happen. Once the settlement is done you cannot add pieces of info here and there in the settlement. It doesn't work that way in a court of law. That would be like me suing you..settling it then turn around a year later and say oh by the way i want this and that. Sorry. The settlement states that only the arena's that display the logo unless its of historical value cannot host a playoff game there. So the Alerus, Hyslop, Kraft, and the Betty are all within the settlement. On a side note I suppose UND has no right at the Betty since its part of the Engelstad family.

Just a FYI the NCAA said the Ralph does not have to take down every single logo in the building. So there will always..ALWAYS be a Fighting Sioux logo in the building in fact i believe its like hundreds of logos, but since the REA is NOT, NOT, NOT, part of UND they don't have to do whatever UND tells them.
