With the IPF next to Memorial where the REA is (soon to be was)....when UND moves out of the Alerus and back into Memorial Stadium, how would they upgrade that? Add seats to the endzones and the east side (again) of the stadium? I hope there would be enough room. That IPF looks huge.

The only thing better than that would be a big crane knocking down the REA and Kelley standing there with a shovel saying "we are now breaking ground". Project to be completed by Spring of 13.

still tickets available for the Montana game (just checked ticketmaster's map) mostly from the 20 to the endzone. Very hit and miss from between the 20's.

Jayson, Any word if Cable One of Fargo has picked up the MidcoSN feed like they did with the FSSN in previous years? I emailed them a couple weeks ago and they said they are trying to get a deal done soon. I hope they get it or else I have to go to West Fargo, Moorhead, Grand Forks (my parents live there) or watch it online.

I think UND didn't want to pay for the backout. It was on the schedule before we were accepted in the Big Sky.

I just hope for no injuries. Of course a 65-0 blowout would be nice too.

But wins isn't the only factor...strength of schedule is big. Look at Boise State they lost what 5 games in a decade but because of their crappy conference schedule they were left out of the BCS Title game.

Not necessarily...thats where SoS come into play. If say LSU despite having their SEC conference schedule, play nothing but the other Louisiana schools (Tech, Lafayette, Monroe and even Alcorn St) their SoS will take a hit. Thats why you have #8 Michigan vs #2 Alabama in week 1, you may see these powerhouses play a weak team but they also play another big boy to up their SoS. Gotta keep the pollsters happy. Alabama vs W. Kentucky and Western Carolina is not going to help them any, and it may cost them in figuring out which 4 teams play in the playoffs.
