  1. We think the same about Joe Chapman.
  2. http://fitbie.msn.com/slideshow/20-fittest-colleges-america?gt1=50002 The 20 Fittest Colleges in America These schools deserve an A+ when it comes to helping students eat right, lose weight, squash stress, and achieve their fitness goals
  3. And at Bisonville they think UND would be the head of the conspiracy.
  4. So saying the NCAA will ignore this whole thing is crazy. Okay if the NCAA does nothing more power to you...btw, Craig Bohl hasn't done anything either. So the clock is ticking and people will be watching what Bohl does...suspend right away? Or wait until its more convinent.....after the season.
  5. You are telling that to a UND fan on a UND board about the NCAA doesn't care about rules. If that was the case UND and about 15 or so other schools would still have their old nickname back but because rules were broken (not having tribal support) there were penalties associated with it, another words you break the rule to pay the consequence. Same goes with NDSU. You break NCAA rules...you will pay the consequence.
  6. FIFY!
  7. UND isn't perfect but I am saying the NCAA has rules related to off-campus conduct. Breaking laws isn't tolorated and NDSU breaking them almost every month is going to get old especially if comments like " these kids didn't know it was wrong, and its not like it was a DUI or a Sexual matter"--Gene Taylor gets to the NCAA and makes front page news. Maybe not a playoff ban or a scholarship reduction but I am sure the NCAA has watchdogs on NDSU.
  8. I am sure the NCAA doesn't like a member of their organization getting press time for crimes. Since the NCAA doesn't know where Fargo is I guess they won't visit you guys and will call UND for directions.
  9. The point of using schools like USC, SMU etc is they got punished because the NCAA put a stop to putting football first. NDSU is putting football first by letting more and more incidents happen at the school. Pretty soon the hammer is going to fall on them, maybe a playoff ban will straighten out their program or a reduction in scholarships. Like Sic said 3 incidents in the past few months...whats next there are 3 more months left in the year (4 in the season if you include a trip to Frisco). Can NDSU actually go one full year without their players acting like juveniles?
  10. His school is now being bashed and labled as a law-breaking school. Almost every year you have major news on the NDSU football team from Best Buy to this. Question GT should be wondering is when its going to be enough? I am sure all this negative press isn't good for recruits, alumni ($$$$), and the NCAA. If the NCAA doesn't do anything they look like they only pick on the large schools (SMU, USC, Ohio State, Penn St), recruits may try to stay away from a troubled school (kinda like they did for UND with its nickname problems), and alumni will wonder if they are throwing away good money on a corupt football program.
  11. Simple solution....at the 4th quarter the Alerus refunds the students five dollars. That way they have to stay til the 4th quarter.
  12. Would Bohl have the balls to suspend them at playoff time? My guess is no. Then he will get a shitstorm from the media and possibly the NCAA.
  13. Gene Taylor said on KVLY he doesn't think the players knew they did anything wrong, and thinks this is nothing like a DUI or a sexual assult. Guess what Gene they broke the law. They are not a 5 year old stealing candy. Can GT be more of a tool.
  14. One of the players must be a political science major.
  15. Me too, of course whatever gets us the "W" I will be happy with.

  17. Maybe if they wrap it good enough, tell the O-Line to block like a mother, and give Hanson some painkillers....start him this Saturday. (seriously I hope Hendrickson can do against PSU what he did against Mines).
  18. Then mixing up the schools wouldn't apply.
  19. This is the best post I see on BVille about this: This quote is by tjbison tjbison is dead on with this.
  20. If it was the play after the broken leg then thats a good sign that he can still plant his foot and throw deep....was it his planting leg that broke?
  21. http://www.inforum.com/event/article/id/373160/ Updated 1:45pm
  22. Usually you hear a broken leg you think months or a seaon gone. Only a few weeks if it gets broken again? I am not in the medical field but can you throw on a broken fibula (meaning planting his foot).
  23. I just hope he's 100% or close to it. Doesn't make sense to bring him back only to have him break it again and be out for the year.
  24. The marijuana issue I can see but the other two? Clean Water and Outdoor Heritage Fund?
