This coming from a fan from the conference who has teams that can't average 15k (FBS requirement) consistently why are you guys FBS? Eastern Michigan can't get 5,000 average that's less than UND and most of the Big Sky. The MAC is useless in the eyes of the FBS, which MAC team will face the big dogs in that FBS playoff? When we move up we will be your equals...scary isn't it.

Actually Dan they finished the regular season on a 5 game winning streak and six wins if you include the conference tournament. You should bring facts to the table especially when you post on a rivals site.

As a die hard UND fan I can be "loyal" and still say Go Fighting Hawks.

Funny how Fullerton said Root Sports is getting branded not only regionally but nationally, not in this part of the country without UND, but I am sure people will tune in to see Idaho State. Can our games be broadcasted on other networks if its not on Root?

Except SUU won the conference and they didn't get one game on Root. Root is in love with the Montana's and there is nothing UND can do about it. We could go undefeated for the year and still get left out. The only stations that care about UND is Fox College Sports, Midco Sports Net and WDAZ, and if Idaho rejoins the Big Sky thats another team that will be on Root before us.

Odds ESPN calls us NDSU, Bison, or mentions Wentz during the Frozen Four.

Why would they that's less time we get to see the mighty Bobcats from Montana State almost half a dozen times.

UND had 3 at the same time from 2006-2008, not bad from a school who's second sport is football compared to the 23 currently in the NHL (remember hockey is our #1 sport). Mays and Dahl are free agents and haven't been picked up so currently 5 Bison players are on NFL rosters (as a Dolphins fan I hope Turner has a great year).

Coach K has won other awards...and rings, Jones has won a barefoot award.

Neither was Roger Maris, Virgil Hill grew up in Grand Forks, helped out the UND football team, and even assisted in the coin toss before the 1993 UND-NDSU game, then walked towards the UND sideline. Virgil and North Dakota go hand in hand.

Again a Bison fan who was in a coma from 1993-2003. No Bison fan has memory of what UND accomplished in those years. Their mind goes from their DII titles to the FCS titles anything inbetween is just a blur.
