How about more promotions and giveaways for the public instead of just the students. At the Potato Bowl we got t-shirts and a bag, homecoming it was Hawk gloves just for students. Why not Hawk gloves for everyone. There's more giveaways at a RedHawks baseball game than at a UND football game. I didn't even get a free yard sign after the potato bowl like I did the past two years.

UNI can be 2-9 and be ranked #25. Once you are a "name" you are golden for the polls and playoffs.

Just got back to Fargo from the game, first great intro compared to the intro at the Potato Bowl, second our passing game looked really good for us being a running team, and third seeing the 97 NCAA champion women's basketball team assembled was a nice sight to see (being at that game in the Hyslop was memorable). One thing to work on was play calling inside the 5. You throw twice instead of a run up the middle? Also what was with all the QB draws, seemed like a lot. I liked the Hawk screech addition to the game, the Alerus is getting more and more Hawk friendly. Overall it was a great game.

Look at the stats from this week compared to last year (my first post) we are scoring more points than last year, and our defense has taken the ball away as many times (16) as all of last year with 5 games still to be played. This team is improving in most areas compared to last years 7-4 team.

A UND win this Saturday puts us alone in first place as EWU has a bye. Big game, packed house, we need this game to be louder than the Potato Bowl, and Cal Poly combined. I say we win this game we are playoff bound as no one is going to slow this team down. Great blowout win over Sac St.
