  1. So if yesterday's market dip was Trump's fault for not negotiating a stimulus bill as the left says, who's fault is today's rally?
  2. Every once in a while they say they quiet part out loud and their true thoughts are revealed. I wonder what could possibly be happening during that time frame that could change things, hmmm.
  3. So 24 people died in the past three days that had a positive covid test in the last 30 days even if they died of something else, as long as it’s not on the exclusion list.
  4. If Trump ends up winning this year, can we all agree moving forward that polls are absolutely worthless?
  5. No I won't. If you can't look at those graphs and see that cases go up invariably following mask mandates then nothing I say will convince you.
  6. If I'm a restaurant owner in Wisconsin right now I'm shutting it down. 25% capacity might as well be 0%. Restaurants can't operate at that capacity.
  7. I never said I agree with him, in fact, I vehemently disagree with him. I'm just saying him holding a view that I find incorrect doesn't make him unintelligent as was suggested. Uninformed or misinformed? Sure.
  8. Then what are you not seeing? The graphs are pretty clear.
  9. I would agree with you if it had lead to a give and take from the governor, at least in Minnesota. You can't have it both ways though. Mask mandates in public and continued restrictions on restaurants and schools.
  10. So you feel we've already gone too far and continue to go too far? Yet are arguing that more invasion is a necessary evil to help people feel protected?
  11. Would you agree that invasion of privacy has the ability to go too far? If so, where is the line for you?
  12. Did you click on the link or no?
  13. TSA is a poor analogy as that doesn't cause our lawmakers to live in fear and close or limit the airports. Until mask mandates go away lawmakers are forced to make decisions based on fear. Pretty easy, they clearly don't have any measurable effect.
  14. Those two things aren't mutually exclusive. You may disagree with his political stance, but it's lazy and destructive if we always assume an opposing viewpoint is as a result of lack of intelligence. Seek to understand before trying to be understood, a really smart man said that about 2000 years ago.
  15. https://rationalground.com/mask-charts/?fbclid=IwAR1Q-qNIOgI8YKhJ6EihBSmUTD6JKsVVpUkCpjnmbRWj_G_NOGFmScUhBIk I'd genuinely like to hear from some of those on here who are pro-mask with the above information as the backdrop of the conversation. How can a person rationally say that masks make a difference?
  16. Smart move by him. That's generational wealth that he would be potentially leaving on the table if he returned and got injured.
  17. So when Osterholm says something you agree with, he's a credible resource again? https://www.radio.com/wccoradio/articles/dr-osterholm-questions-covid-19-guidelines-on-cloth-masks Of course he backtracked on these comments after the media storm he took, but it doesn't change the fact that he believed it and said it.
  18. That’s a slippery slope and I think it best to not allow student athletes to even go down this road.
  19. Get over it man. You see those little numbers following the phrases? Those are references, click on those if you think the comments are inaccurate. This isn't even controversial. Act Blue is a very, very well known democratic fundraising platform, it's not a secret they try to hide.
  20. https://support.actblue.com/donors/about-actblue/is-actblue-run-by-the-democratic-party-or-affiliated-with-any-organizations/ https://www.influencewatch.org/political-party/actblue-pac/
  21. Of course I appreciate your opinions, I also consider myself to be open minded. Where I'm going to provide you with some resistance is your insistence that BLM is simply a phrase that aims to bring equality. This is a demonstrably false statement and I would encourage you to look deeper into the BLM movement to better understand it's political aims.
  22. Well you didn't exactly display a level of wanting to do your own research so I though giving you the link to ActBlue and having to do your own research would be fruitless.
  23. This is the most 2020 statement ever. Facts aren't debatable or able to be disagreed with. BLM money goes through ActBlue Charities. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ActBlue#:~:text=ActBlue is a nonprofit technology, empower small-dollar donors".
  24. Are you incapable of understanding what I posted above or just purposely ignoring it? BLM means two things.
  25. You'd be wrong if you think the organized group BLM is simply about the phrase Black Lives Matter. When you think about it, it's actually an incredibly clever name to call a group. Disagreeing with their stated views immediately paints someone as a racist. Check out where Act Blue leans politically.
