I was making the point that young people die from a lot of different things when they have underlying conditions. This is an article about a teen tragically dying from influenza.

Tragic, agreed. But to say she had 20 years is a large assumption. https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/17/health/flu-ohio-teen-kaylee-roberts-death-eprise/index.html

“Trump is a liar, how could you vote for him?”

The trouble is science doesn’t provide us with a clear delineation on where life begins other than conception. Unique DNA is created in that moment. Without an agreement on when human life begins, there will never be common ground in this conversation.

The answer to your question is incredibly complicated and deeply philosophical. If you’re opposed to abortion and some technological advance exists due to abortion, should you not use that advance. It’s a tough question I don’t have the answer to. Similar to being opposed to Nazis, but our entire space program is built on the back of nazi rocket technology born out of operation Paperclip. If you’re anti Nazi do you have to shun and not benefit from any of those technological advances that exist in our daily life? I’m not sure. These aren’t easy questions.

Michigan Militia is just an idea, they're nothing to worry about.

PSA: This forum has an ignore feature, please consider using it. Opposing viewpoints make this forum interesting to me, but when someone contributes nothing to the conversation and doesn’t bring anything original to the conversation, it’s time to ignore. Plus, by quoting him you’re ruining my ability to ignore. Thank you.

Even to be in the discussion is a feat that even the most fervent NDSU fan could have never imagined.

As long as transfers remain a small portion of the plan, I don't have a problem with it. When we start relying on them to be successful, I think it leads to more trouble than benefit. Being able to have the majority of the team be guys that were recruited, redshirted and developed has been a major key to NDSU's ability to develop diamonds that were under-recruited. They've really developed some beasts on the D-line over the years.
-
As I look through the draft classes, I agree with you, Clemson also would be in that discussion, but that's it really.

It's gonna take NDSU missing on a QB. Depending on how you look at it, they've been incredibly fortunate or incredibly smart in recruiting the past 12 years at that position. I made this point before Trey Lance even came along, but I don't really think it can be argued at this point. NDSU has had possibly the best 3 quarterback trio of any school in the nation since Wentz took over. There isn't another school that can say they've had their last three QB's drafted and two in the first round(we'll see on Trey). Oklahoma and Ohio State would be the two I would put in the same discussion. I know that seems insane on it's face, but it's true when you look at the QB play NDSU has been blessed with.

I was a little young for his prime years, but his schtick sort of wore thin didn't it?

I've been hearing this same thing since 2013. That said, I do feel a shift happening right now within NDSU football. I felt it the minute Entz took over. He doesn't have a head coach mentality, nor does he conduct himself in a way that gives me confidence that he is the man for the job. A couple of quick examples, his insistence on "going with his gut" on when to go for two, he made some incredibly bone-headed decisions last year to go for two in my opinion, some of them worked out some didn't. Second example is the way he talks about his players. He reveals too much IMO. Last year someone asked a question about Ty Brooks and he said something to the effect of "Ty really thinks a lot of himself and he likes to tell you about it". That doesn't follow with the NDSU football ethos in my opinion, true or not, stuff like that stays in the locker room. He conducts himself much more the way a position coach would, he likes getting hyped up and getting emotional. Works for position coaches, but not head coaches. I guess we'll see how it plays out.

Incredibly intelligent virus. Can decide if your gathering is righteous or not before it decides to attack. Even knows which state you are in. Scary stuff.

With your incredible political insights that the highest paid consultants can’t see, why aren’t you getting paid millions to whisper in the ear of world leaders?
-
They don’t have near the population we have, nor do they have nearly the diversity in thought we have. New Zealand and Australian are completely isolated from the rest of the world. Cannot even begin to compare them. I believe it to be disingenuous on Shapiro’s part and your part to suggest that Trump could’ve responded in a way that wouldn’t have been spun negative.
-
Germany, Australia, Finland, South Korea and New Zealand. Which of those in any way demographically compares to the United States?
-
Which world leader would you point to as a success story?
-
If you're gonna do that, please let me know when so I can get on the proper side of the river.
-
Absolutely. I'm never a fan of someone in a position like his who seems to like the celebrity so much. It's too easy to get caught up in that and forget exactly what your role is if your in his position.
