We seem to just stop playing game in and game out with 60-90 seconds left in the period. UND with penalty in final seconds of 2nd....Red on PP to start 3rd.

The next goal will be a big one. UND gets up by 2, I think they'll blow it open at some point. Cornell doesn't seem to have much "O".

I'm going to buck the trends this team has shown lately: playing not so well on Sat., not being able to score at all, not winning 1 goal games. My head tells me we struggle tonight, but my gut tells me if the fellas are going to steady the ship they"ll do it tonight. I'll say BE plays extremely well. We win with out scoring 3 goals for the first time all year: 2-1 UND

This team couldn't score in a...(insert your own comment)! This is really becoming pathetc from an offensive standpoint!

I'm going to be real curious to see the forward lines when Brad post's them. I would move Toews up with Malone and Trupp. Put Kristo on a lower line where he can just do his thing against Cornell's 3rd or 4th line. Pair him with Cichy and Zajac. Where VV should play and with whom is another interesting situation. He's a Sr. and needs to start playing like it. Lammy with J.G and Frattin might not be so bad either. That would leave VV with Bruno and Rowney, though... That's why Hak's the coach!

I could see us winning 5-2 and just as easily see us getting beat 3-1???

I have no clue what to expect tonight? As I've posted before IF UND is to win a game in this series, the eggs all go into tonight's basket.

Correct, but in most of those games when we've only given up 2 or 3 goals, we only scored 1 or 2. BE is what he is...solid. Won't steal you a game and will give up a soft one most nights. We just don't produce as many goals as we should with the talent that's out on the ice.

Exactly, and what true "economic benefit" is ND getting from bringing in all these out of state and foreign students. I totally get the need for grad programs and research, but at the tune of $10M of free tuition alone last year at NDSU, I find it hard to believe it's even a wash. Not to mention that all these students we are talking about will not stay in ND to put their education to use.

Appreciate the breakdown, but the point remains that of those getting "Grad Assistant" waivers, a majority of those poeple are foreign as well. The "foreign student" category is just that students. You are coreect in that there was also, I believe, $3M+ in mandated waivers given out last year thru out the state above the $24M we are discussing here.

I call BS on that. You don't think there are American students being passed over for foreign students for the sake of diveristy, multiculturalism, blah, blah, blah?
