Hot goalie...tired of hearing that. Guys gota bury chances. Very good play by UND throughout.

This team is averaging just 3 goals a game to date...IMO they will need more than that each night to win.

Possibly not even a regular after the break if everyone is healthy. Jim could see some time as well ad Bryn. Drake is the real deal and don't see him out of the lineup if healthy.

Agree...Parks is the guy IMO to get Rowney going. Parks is a beast on the wall and in the corners. ODonnell has be a big disappointment to date and I agree he sits if Parks is healthy. St. Clair and Gaarder bring more to the table at this point and although Rodwell couldn't score on an open net his other attributes are too great to bench.

DU will create lots of scoring chances just because of their speed and skill but so will UND IMO. This will be fastbreak hockey. The series comes down to which team can bury their grade A chances...and to date UND hasn't done that.

From Hak's recent and past comments he seems to really like Drake, Rocco and Colton together. My guess would be Parks goes back to Rowney's line with Gaarder.

Exactly...and I'll go even further in that Natty would be nice at some point as well. This team played a great weekend of hockey, but was still 13 seconds from going home with a donut. Hockey is a simple game of putting the puck in the net and keeping it out of your own net...doesn't matter how a team played, carried the play or dominated if you continue to give up more than you score.

Was the HOF game that year. Was 1st game my now 12 yr old daughter went to w me. Fight pretty much started after the drop of the puck and she was hooked!!!

This team really misses a true goal scorer like Brock Nelson.

Since the 3-0 win at SCSU this team had IMO 5 consecutive poor performances prior to last night. They played much much better overall last night but turnovers, breakdowns continue to plague and cost them. Then throw in Clark's worst game of the year and you get a "L" in probably your best played overall game to date. Tonight's a big one especially with DU coming to town next weekend. Don't think you want to be on a 3 game skid heading into that series! Clark is the guy if this team is going to go anywhere in March. I would put him back in net tonight and let him try to redeem himself from last night's disappointing effort.

At 6-5-2...one of two things is true. This squad is either 1) very overrated and overhyped or 2) extremely underacheiving? You pick. Like someone stated above, this continuing 1st half _____ (fill in the blank) play under Hak's tenure is "getting old". Schloss mentioned on the live chat last night that this is 8 years running with this type of 1st half play like it was some kind of badge of honor! This constant scenario will backfire at some point. This team stinks on Saturdays to date so tonight's game is far from a lock. Watched DU/WI last night...a split next weekend IMO is best case scenario. Then travel to Tech. So once again, Hak's squad will have backed itself into a corner by Christmas break as I see this team at 8-8-2 at that juncture. 13 games in and UND still has issues defensively and can't get anything consistently going offensively. Goaltendening has been good minus last night. Just another season of hopefully making a 2nd half run, getting a #2 or #3 seed and then hoping not to get shipped into someone's back yard for the NCAA..."getting old" was well said.

As usual I'll be watching the Pairwise come March! One of these years a 2nd half surge won't happen. That's why they invented Viagra!!!

Rowney been a big disappointment to date. Having a really tough game tonight already.

UND SOG 16-8 and draws 21-7 but another costly turnover puts em down 1-0 end 1. Plus "hot goalie"...

Big ice...expect big games from Kriso and Rocco.
