No disagreeing with your post but that was not even close to what happened in the SC shootings. "Lone gunman" was never used in that situation.......it jumped right away to racially motivated and an act of terror by a white supremacist......then the flag issue caught fire for justification and rationalization. Again seems like some want to have it both ways when you tread lightly as is comes to Islam and the shooting in SF.

That is left to one's own opinion..........especially with the quick haste and action that was taken when still nothing and I mean nothing has been said from Obama on the SF killing by the multi-time deported illegal and now the TN shootings where there has not been one word as to condemning it for what it truly was....an act of terror in the name of radical Islam but just an act by a "lone gunman". Seems to be that some kind of want to pick and choose as to who, how and/or what they want the blame to go to in all of these tragic situations. "Lone gunman".....seriously? I have zero problem with the Confederate flag reaction...but then let's have the same swift condemning reaction to the Mexican shooter and Islamic radical by Mr. Obama. But we all know that hasn't and won't happen.

So...........the TN shootings by a Kuwaiti born terrorist are described as that strictly done by that of a "lone gunman" by Obama but again the SC shootings were not the result of a "lone gunman" but because of a flag which incites racism? Makes sense to me.

That would require some investigative journalism..........................good luck with that!

As the CFB season gets closer and closer don't be fooled by the spin............this is a HUGE game for NDSU fans. Most of my buddies in Fargo are SU season ticket holders and it is the only game I have heard them discuss with me or among themselves with me in their presence in the past few weeks.

Let's have UND knock off Wyoming for it's first FBS win before we, UND fans, get our hopes up too high. If UND gets whacked by 3+ TDs vs Wyoming it won't be any closer vs NDSU.

I would say this is a reasonable synopsis and prediction.

In the Grand Cities for a couple of days. Went to Walmart this morning......sad to think 2 innocent people lost their lives there.

Ummmmmmmm.......actually no.

Sundogs.......The Ralph could be lit up in rainbow colors on game nights like the White House was a couple weeks ago. We could bring in Neil Patrick Harris as our new PA guy. We could have the Village People on skates performing in between periods. The possibilities are endless. Sundogs is starting to grow on me..............like syphilis chancre.

Maybe Fargo can become a sanctuary city so we can afford more protection to all the undesirables that are infiltrating the community. And on that note good to hear Obama and his administration being vocal on the Steinle killing...but at least the White House was lit up in rainbow colors a couple weeks ago.
