If teams have to rebuild every year because of players coming and going - one year rosters - I see that and don’t like it but then it seems like we are not able to succeed in that environment so far

But to be picked last hurts sets the bar pretty low even though we won’t be last after 3-4 years I wouldn’t claim success at seven wins imho
