  1. Tell me more about this Conspiracy?
  2. I think we all knew the schedule would be tough. I like the fact that 9 games are against I-AA teams. Montana Tech should still draw 8-10k fans. Massey Ratings. #224 Concordia St Paul #325 Valpo #445 Wayne St #461 Montana Tech #469 SW State #482 Crookston
  3. I did say the scores. NDSU beat Concordia-St Paul 58-24, I would expect a similar score vs Montana Tech and Valpo.
  4. 5 home games, 4 against I-AA teams is better than expected. Montana Tech and Valpo scores should be comparable to the Concordia St Paul score.
  5. I remember the Morningside Maroon Chiefs. Thanks for the link.
  6. The refs were bad at both sessions I attended. I didn't go tonight, but that makes three straight nights. The announcer was probably right on the money.
  7. It wasn't full. There were empty seats on the ends. The main sections had a lot of space, people were not sitting shoulder to shoulder. The NDSU and UND fans were on the same side of the court, behind their own teams bench. Comparing the Friday crowd to Saturday, I don't see how they fit in 1900 more people.
  8. Looked more like 1600 to me.
  9. WE??? The UND women's team ended it. Even if you were the guy screeching at Bison foul shots, and standing up and complaining to the refs, from the SDSU section. It was the UND women that won the game. Of course if you were on the team, then I will give you credit. I actually felt good leaving the game, because it was such a great game, and that was only fitting.
  10. Congrats UND, it was a great game to end a rivalry. UND shot and played much better in the first half. Foul trouble almost cost UND the game. You are probably right Corella, if they played 100 time, it may be 50-50.
  11. They had 3 rows of temorary bleachers on the ends, and about 16 rows of temporary bleachers on the players side of the court. With 600 looked about half full. Maybe 1500 if you sqeezed a bunch of skinny grade school kids into the bleachers.
  12. I will second that response somebison.
  13. I guess NDSU wasn't good last year. Lost to UND at UND in Overtime. The rest of your post is speculation. I just disagree with it.
  14. How many wins were in a dome? I saw GVSU play on TV. I doubt GVSU could beat the Bison this year. We have open dates, schedule us.
  15. UND had a good team last year, and are returning a lot of players and their coach. If UND plays the way they did last year, they should have no problem with the region. If there is a let down in the Grand Cities, then of course they won't. GVSU didn't play UND at the Alerus either. UND would have won in Grand Forks.
  16. Congrats to UND for the NCC Tourney title.
  17. FYI UNO and UND are not little DII schools, just look at their enrollment.
  18. In today's Pioneer Press, Tom Powers column didn't make it sound too postive that St Thomas would be leaving Division III. They surely would be able to afford the scholarships if they did move to Division II. Tom Powers
  19. Why not ... Minot?
  20. UND-Fargo and UND-Grand Forks. Will UND-Fargo have it's own athletic department?
  21. I am insane for typing this, but UND should dominate the Region next year.
  22. IMO SDSU would be second or third best team in the NCC next year. SDSU should be able to beat Augustana, USD, SCSU, UMD, MSU-Mankato, and possibly UNO next year.
  23. Actually yes, one more year closer to full I-AA membership.
