20 years later, 20+ pounds fatter, mental stress and hand and back injuries. Oh, computers, so good and so bad. I've seen so many men and women get sucked in to the trap and in addition, seek out a chiropractor for back pain. Maybe.... just an idea, stand up at your desk, exercise and don't sit all day and not move. Look kids, your body was made to move. It's not that difficult to conceptualize.

Watching 30 for 30 “Long Gone Summer” and realizing how much I don’t give af about baseball. The MLB has built their grave multiple times now. I am not coming back. I know I am just one fan but I’d rather be active outside than sit on my ass for 3-4 hours in a stadium. With that said, I did enjoy people watching and seeing new stadiums but then the stadiums became overproduced/corporate ridiculous... NHL around the corner. That’s all I need. That’s all I ever needed.

Anything Bochamp can do to add businesses and a reason why people should come to Grand Forks minus UND hockey, a few golf courses etc. will be well monitored from the friends from the south. If anyone watched "The Last Dance" MJ didn't follow in quotes above. He did what he knew was better and he wouldn't push something on his teammates that he wouldn't do himself. So with M. Miller coming next year and potentially Cooper Moore (I can see why they would bring him in, gonna lose a lot of veteran experience d-core after this year), is that it for the roster? Or is 1 forward coming in still too? I feel like the coaches have so many puzzle pieces to bring in next year for that "1" remaining forward spot.
