Jim has just taken away the whole point of playing the games. We'll just go by his simulator from now on.

Wow, those guys in DU really know their hockey: I wonder what the other referee, Jon Todd, was doing? A shining example of the benefits of going to Dumbver University.

Some people never learn, but they sometimes luck out.

Still, given that our position in the KRACH and Pairwise it's hard for me to criticize the methodology used. Our problem is we didn't win some of the games we should have won.

The KRACH has them at #13 while we're 14. Now I don't understand the methodology of the KRACH, but most people claim that that's the way we should be going.

So Sioux fans made fun of a coach that had completely lost his cool. Good thing that all of the other teams fans are always gentlemen (and ladies.). Not picking on the Gofers here. All teams have stupid fans.

Not that anyone cares, but I did a couple blog posts on this travesty.

He communicated on an headset because he figured he knew it was against the rules to communicate with the team. He figured he'd get away with that. The WCHA yesterday announced that the matter was closed. I assume they are in a rush to close it again.

I believe they called the jerk for a misconduct so it was not a team penalty. The lack of a firm hand at that point only encouraged the scrum that happened a few moments (on the game clock) later.

Assuming this is Florida and you're not on the golf course there probably aren't any gloves to drop. (unless you came prepared of course.)

Doesn't the code mean you have to go at that point?

When I noticed the crap at the Dumbver bench, Hext's arm was being held by someone on the DU bench. I suppose some of you that aren't completely biased are wondering how his arm got in there in the first place. (Not me of course.) (It's probably more likely that he shoved someone than hit them I think.)

It will be UND's fault.

I wonder how many people take him serious. Nobody that watched the game Friday would miss the fact that Denver was a cheap team that night.
