A little word of advice...Dont always take the media seriously...or never take them seriously I should say. It sounds worse than it really is(we dont know the whole story and probably wont, other than the mindless medias side of it). Its not like it said..Bina, stabs a police officer! Obstruction is probably harmless in this story, and thanks to the media and fellow law enforcement, they blew it out of proportion

Yeah it was a horrible decision, but we dont know the whole story( if there is one) from their shoes. True, stay home and drink or whatever....but what I always try to remember is that they ARE colleges students .....And s&!t will happen.....Whatever their decision is, penalty or not...GO SIOUX!

At least there a week off.....that may help with any harsh decision making

ESPN sucks azz these days, other than they put Bina's goal number one . The reason they dont televise hockey anymore is due to lack of viewers, or lack of people interested in hockey. Why dont they have split networks or something! Hockey up north and pumkin pushing in the south(or whereever) Espn is basically a joke these days! So nerve wrecking!

The obvious key is to score more than 4 goals in a game. We are what...11-0 now when scoring more than 4 goals. If lammy plays tight and we keep playing physical, we can't lose. Now that the whole team knows what they are capable of and having swept the goofs, they know they can be number one at the end. GO SIOUX! I hate going a week without hockey!

The best call of the night is the tripping/hooking penalty on us when I think the puck hit a goofers skate and he fell. A stick wasn't even close to him and we got a penalty. Campion, if hes on the ice, you might as well dive! Anyone who falls will draw a penalty I guess

I was at that game. I remember seeing the puck bounce in the net and instantly after, Andy skated to the bench. I think he took himself out of the game?

man man oh man. The love and joy of being a sioux fan right now is amazing! Not only being surrounded by family and friends, I watched the sioux pound the goofs! We not only swept them, we dominated them. The thing is it wasnt sioux vs the goofers....It was sioux vs the goofs & champion. Talking about the worst official on earth, at least for the night/weekend. Are you kidding me! First question...if the goofs didnt have as many powerplays. We win 10-1? 8-1? Seriously. I cant wait to see the results/penalties/fines of this weekend for champion. He was a bigger seive than freezehole! I loved the thought of a split, but now that I've seen how the goofs play the game this year.....no worries. All of this is so minor. How bout the aspects of showing off the arena. The quiet music? No light show anymore, or not often(for the new comers who travel long and far to see the REA) The crappy music(as mentioned 2,003 times since its opened) Id gladly wait 15min for a beer as long as the music is cranked. The REA has gone downhill since the second year it opened. Ive missed about 6 total games since it opened so yes, Im very entitled to this true opinion If they are going to have quiet music, then i say dont play any at all..sheesh.

Im not cutting anyone down but seriously. You cheer when the team does good? you cheer only when the right team is playing? I wish I could stand the whole game! Yeah you get down by 4 goals late in the game its hard to cheer, but the first period and/or more, at least, should be pretty loud every game.

sounds like fairweather fans to me.....just in my opinion. Granted yes, if your playing USA u-18 team then thats understandable. But any game that has any affect on how the season goes, as far as points for example, then it should never be quiet

Its sad when you can count with one hand and name the games where the atmosphere was awesome.
