she is a nepo baby inherited her fathers oil business. Business decisions are very erratic

Not advocating for living in Louisiana myself but it has 26th highest GDP while NDak has 46th. NDak also is last in GDP growth (zero) over last 5 years. LSU has huge difference in # of alumni.
-
Huge difference in post playing time career network just based on number of alumni. North Dakota and Grand Forks aren’t comparable

Frontier is larger airline

Probably making sure student pilots have professional experience

I think it’s called getting promoted and paid

Not as dangerous as college grads that haven’t learned to hold their liquor

I was host couple for an old WCHA hockey player. There were 3 different WCHA colleges represented in bridal party. This bizarre animosity for kids who pick another school to play for has always felt so immature. Other schools usually have similar percentages of great kids as your team.

Difference between teams is ability to score, CC can skate with UND unlike many of prior opponents
-
Increased lead in conference tonight

They have offered junior players full rides recently

And they are prolific without being enlightening or entertaining

You obviously haven’t been to Spokane.

He’s 64 and had tragic life event a few years back-I believe his coaching skills have slipped and this maybe his last year coaching but know plenty of people who know him and they all speak highly of him as a human being. Is being a dick part of popularity here?

It what way, now the power schools can take kids but before they had lots of talent that wasn’t playing that now can find a place to play. It concentrates the uber high end kids but disperse the next level to play. As far as I know NDak benefited from portal this year and will probably next year. Just another form of evaluation and recruitment. Rucker maybe the only player difficult to replace.
-
I know it’s not popular, but North Dakota isn’t for everyone for myriad reasons
-
I’m just saying that all things considered if the money is the same they should stay. Going to portal is finding out what is possible financially. 10-25k more matters to lots of families

I would make the claim that the main risk would be injuries that shorten or end college careers. Also practicing against better competition every day in practice will enhance their skills if they are truly talented more than playing Drake and Indiana State. Playing 3 games a year against very high end individuals vs daily interaction against the same talent in practice

Most of these players while having dreams of playing professionally, understand that any financial compensation for playing football ends soon- it might be wise to tap into it. Especially if they didn’t grow up financially comfortable
