I agree, Leif. This is where the game *really* means something. If the team isn't up for this one, mentally and physically, it'll be a long trip back to GF. If the team plays as well and with as much heart as they did in Mpls in January they have a pretty decent shot. While it is utterly critical that Brandt be on top of his game, the offense has to shoot the flippin' puck and go after the rebounds and garbage shots. There was too much dancing around and puck play against Duluth, especially near the end. Having Hale back would be a nice bonus, but aside from the emotional boost to the team, I wouldn't expect too much on the ice from him at this stage.
