rit army game on now but im not sure if im on 91! any1 else picking this game up?

ya this is too bad. anyone have the story behind this? is it the fcs contract leaving us fta'ers in the dark?

ive got nothin. other channels on 91 coming in fine.

707 i think. last home series was the first time ive had problems this year so i have a hunch the weather made the weak signal nonexistant. im optomistic for tonight but guess we'll find out soon.

ive got nothin just sw of gf. first time ive had problems getting less than 70 percent signal this year. its gotta be the weather system south of us:(

i think the wind has repointed my dish again! few hours til gametime but bad sig quality at 12054 mhz 13350 kss. toledo vs central mich on right now though.....anyone know if this is on 91w?

thank you iceberg. thats a relief! think i need to make a trip to the hardware store to get some stronger screws/bolts to hold my dish in place to sustain 50 plus mph winds!

so the wind this last week bumped my satellite out of whack. i bumped it and found some cctv channels (93w i think) so i moved it a few notches to the east but am not sure if im on 91w.....currently getting a canadian football game on teleantenna sd and the n illinois w mich game on tx-1. can anyone with an fta system set up tell me if im on 91?

any1 picking the game up on any fta satellites? 97w? if so i need to go out and manually move from my fixed 91w system!

anyone know if the game will be broadcast in hd? 2.3 in grand forks shows as 1080i on my tv but i dont think i've ever seen any hd programming on this channel. but i recall someone saying the beavers games will be broadcasted in hd?

something must be off with your systems...I've got 78% sig quality. same signal i had for the football game and the women's game so far this year.

Just got mine set a month ago...and I'm pumped to watch my first Sioux game on it!

sweet! only took me about a minute to bump from 91w to 89w. set the channel as a favorite....hope they stay here for the siux game later this year. speaking of the sioux griz game....the sioux might have their hands full....the griz are dominating wsu.....42 to 2 in the 2nd qtr.

Thanks for the info on FTA options Sprig. Think I'll wait it out a bit and see what FSSN's plans are this year before purchasing a system.

Thanks Sprig. I'm thinking of just doing a fixed satellite and point to whatever Satellite FSSN will be on. Unfortunately I don't think alot of the other FTA programming would be of interest to me. Unless there are other sports on 97W?? From what I've read there's not much else on 91W. Is it possible to pick up both 97 W and 91 W with one point.....slightly angling the the lnb's to do so?

Looks like 91W is slightly to the southeast from my location so I'll need to reroute my dish if FSSN stays there.

i'm planning on cancelling my account with dish and plan on putting up an fta satellite using the same mount that my current dn dish uses. does anyone know approximately what direction i'll need to point the fta dish to pick up fssn? i live 20 miles sw of grand forks and have a clear view of th south/southwest sky (no view to the southeast though).

How about Jonny T's game winning goal last night to put Nashville away! Did anyone else catch the end of the game after the handshake? Toews was the last one on the ice and before he walked down the tunnel he picked out a little guy and handed his stick to him. Special moment for the young guy and I'm sure he'll remember that moment for years to come. And it just goes to show what type of person Jonathan is.
