I thought the Lakers played better Saturday night and had much greater influence on the flow of the game then. The Sioux were focused on the D game, obviously, but the Lakers were winning more puck battles and not allowing as many prime scoring opportunities.

One thing that seems to have improved a lot this year is our ability to maintain possession along the boards and come out with the puck. Parks is a beast, but others have been doing this very well too. The cycling is better as a result. Wondering if it's just my imagination or others have seen this.
I've been to games at the old barn, old Ralph, and new Ralph. The "atmosphere" at the old barn was unbelievable as a pure hockey experience, but I'd rather see a game at the new Ralph.
