First off he isn't on a very good team, Kangas has the 3rd highest save % in the USHL. On the new guy, I haven't played against him but a few guys I played with are from alberta have seen him play and they said he is pretty solid.

Well I'm sorry you took it that way, I happened to like Gustafson alot and I thought he did a great job at getting Hazen out of the dump he was a great guy and no one should say othewise. Saying that Hazen is the worst team in the state this year has absolutly nothing to do with Jeff. I don't know how you would take it like that.

Toilet bowl standings as of right now: 3. Shanley: Whap derailed their "dream season" , I wouldn't be surprised if they drop their next meeting with the blades in Whap. 2. Whap/Breck: They have an impressive 5-4 win over Hazen-beuhlah, They ran into some tough luck against the better teams, but kept it closer than one may have expected. 1. Hazen-Beuhlah: This team could run it in reverse, They already passed two big tests by dropping games at whapeton and at home against bottineau. If they can servive a few more tests: At Bottineau and two games with Mandan we may have our "dream season". Other notable team: Mandan this team is unpredictable, I am hoping they don't step up and blow a game vs. hazen.

I just don't like seeing the team I played for, go out and make a mockery of our program. I realize that this years team isn't nearly as good as last years team so maybe I shouldn't hold them to as high of a standard but I still have a lot of Red River pride. There is nothing I hate more than to see my alma mater go out and make a program that has been so good in the past look bad by beating a terrible EGF team 5-4 and than beat a team like WF 3-2.

If by scrappy you mean Tyler Swanson playing with 19 players who are below average in all aspects of the game. Than yea they are scrappy. I mean seriously, WF is brutal. Just admit that RR played like ****, I don't like bringing down my alma mater but in this case and against maybe a worse team than WF (EGF) they took another dump.

The reason he pulled grecio is because he saw what happened against UAA (back to back goals like 2 min apart) starting to happen again and instead of letting him sit in their and get shelled he thought he better take him out.

First of all I like hakstol, next I'll give Lee props tonight he had a nice assist on the first goal of MT.

Finley made a few nice passes, and then he had a nice tip in on MT third goal it appeared. Not his worst game, not his best game. Definatly wouldn't blame the loss on him.

South 11 GFC 0 DL 8, North 5 GPR 17 Shanley 6 Alot of horrible goalies, Diechert with the shut out. Central may have its worst team ever. GPR pours it on shanley and lets in 6 because their goalie is shaky.

One supposed "best team" in the state Red River eakes by a unranked 1A team 5-4. The other supposed "best team" in the state south beats top 15 minnesota 2A team 5-1. Thanks Red River (my alma mater) for representing ND high school hockey with that solid win over EGF, South you guys should be ashamed only beat WBL by 4 is a joke, I mean come on WBL isn't half as good as the EGF Green Wave. 8A teams-Bagley, Crookston, Detroit Lakes, East Grand Forks, Kittson Central, Lake of the Woods, Park Rapids, Red Lake Falls, Thief River Falls, Warroad. That is one deep conference: i hear bagley and kitteson central are pretty solid this year.

What bed the fact that I insulted PCM and I am sorry that I did so because I lowered myself to Goon and THETRIOUXPER's level. I like how you give me flack for apoligizing for the one instance that I insulted another poster but it is alright for those two to tear into me. I would have thought someone like you, would have had my back on this one but I guess since I disagree with you on some stuff you stand up for them, I get flack for ripping PCM and apoligizing and you think it is fine when Goon and TRIOUPXER act like little kids.

Here is my answer to your question then. What stats make him look not to bad statistically? His 3.48 GAA or his .884 save percentage. Show me the stats that make him look good please. He has 2 wins over a team that is 2-8-2 in conference a win and a tie over a team that is 6-3-3 in conference and 2 loses against a team that is 6-6 in conference. Enlighten me goon. Don't come back with a verbal insult, just tell me why you think he is not so bad statistically since you brought it up.

I think fargo has twice as many teams as we do so that arguement isn't very strong.

No one said that you are a worthless poster. First when I started reading your posts I thought you actually thought Finley was amazing because you kept standing up for him and now that I have noticed that you seem to do that for every player I am gaining a lot more respect for your posts. I on the other hand stand up for the people I think deserve it and don't stand up for the players I don't think deserve it. It is just a difference of opinion it doesn't mean either of us are dumb or stupid or whatever other names people like goon and some of the other guys want to call posters. I like the fact that there is a difference of opinions it makes for some good debates until goon and Thetriouxper and the other little kids comes in and starts calling people names and then it turns into a circus. I have no problem with redwing or any of the other poster and I hope none of them have a problem with me expressing my difference of opinion.

You think I don't say anything positive about any of the sioux players. This isn't the case. If I think a player is playing poorly , I will say they are playing poorly (Kozek,kaip, finley,watkins) If I think a player is playing well, I'll say they are playing well (Bina, Radke, Genoway, Toews, Chorney and others). I call it like I see it.

Wisc. isn't even in the top 25? I have a tough time seeing St. Lawrence as a stronger team then Wisc. UND beats Quinnipiac 6-1 and 4-2 and quinnipaic is ranked 6 spots higher than the sioux?

I see a little of what your saying, but if the sioux play grieco they might lose too anchorage. O wait that already happened.
