  1. brian lee is nowhere to be seen on the top 50...too bad for him. could mean that he may be here for his junior year?? i hope
  2. dont worry about it...its an understandable mistake.
  3. i dont really think thats a "good" one. But, on the topic of the riots...holy...i would hope that sioux fans are not that out of control, thats rediculous.
  4. kelly zajac is also on that team, but if im not mistaken, nash is uncommitted and looking like a potential sioux recruit. and also with their 6'5'' goalie...nice numbers, but IF he came here(he would probably come as an 07), we would then have to kick out walski, and we already have 2 good goalies.
  5. i love bsu's hockey...extremely hard workers. i hope that they make the jump to wcha, they are better than a number of the teams like uaa and mtu and some years others as well. if they could make the jump and get an arena like miami's(thats maybe a stretch), they could steal some awesome recruits from the other minny schools.

    Help Malone Out

Boy!! if only brad malone checked this site as much as all of us do!
  7. on another note, brad malone is supposed to be visiting soon...i really want him to play here, but im skeptical of that because he has ties with eaves in uw....any thoughts? or preferrably some new info.
  8. he would probably go to the umtc or bc or something(just a hunch)
  9. agreed, those foreigners are usually pretty solid players
  10. thats a very good idea for them to come up here and fall in love with the rea.
  11. the czech republic and manitoba must have flown under my radar...were they admitted into the union recently??
  12. you beat me to it...its nice to see that david toews is looking to the college route and quite possibly coming here...to bad that tessier wont though....
  13. im saying that i would rather have a class of 4 year players rather than 1 year players...maturity wins championships.
  14. i agree, UND's recruits are, in my opinion, better than umtc even...because the recruits that are coming in are not going to leave after this year... ej and okposo are 1 year and 2 year at most(respectively). and i also agree with others "dont put too much in these"
  15. i think duluth has too many question marks to put them in the top three... i know this is unoriginal, but the top three will be(in no specific order) UND, umtc, and du. but i would like to see duluth get strong again. uw is in the same boat as duluth...too many ? marks. but i have to agree, anything can happen and i would not be surprised if everyone is off by at least some margin.
  16. i hate to disagree, but just because uw has one good player at each position doesnt mean that they will be good again...they will be good though, just not a top 3 wcha team. they will be like du was last year(except not as sucessful in the league) and not make the playoff barely.
  17. i personally would not be surprised if toews had 30 to 35 goals(im very high on him this year. and oshie would not surprise me if he did the same, id put duncan at around 20. of course with all of these goals there has to be a set up guy or two... im not really sure who would be a "specialist" in that deptartment.
  18. i am optomistic on forney getting 15 g, while vandy and zajac will be 10 g each
  19. that sounds right, they do that all the time in basketball(with height)...i think its for intimidation among other things
  20. no, your right, thats why he has that asterisk *. also bina was on the roster last year.
  21. just to let people know they have all the players with just heights and weights on the roster now...finley is apparently 252 now...and others have beefed up some too http://www.fightingsioux.com/sports/mhockey/roster.asp EDIT: for a comparison, here is last years roster http://www.fightingsioux.com/sports/mhocke...2005/roster.asp

    Goalie

plain and simple: lammy is a hell of a goalie, in fact i have liked watching him in the pipes more than jp...just my opinion though. another thing is that in 05' lammy played really well and in 06' the team just backed jp more for some reason...lammy had non of the backup that jp did. if phil can have the team back him more(what other choice do they have???) he will be able to lead them far.
