Earlier, I stated he was UM's best but didn't mean to infer that he was mistake free.

I thought Ness was UM's best D. last weekend, which isn't saying much because as a group that were awful.

It was a butt-end to the side. it was reported on this board earlier that some of the players mentioned this on the radio yesterday.

I thought Houghton was a great roadtrip last year for all the reasons listed above. did anyone see the Sioux at the GLI? Did they forecheck and pressure Tech's Defense like they did to UM? I'm thinking they must not have because UND basically forced the Gophs D into turnovers and mistakes all weekend which lead to the wins, IMO. I can't believe that Tech's D is as talented or good as UM. your thoughts.....?

from my vantage point, I didn't see the supposed spear on trupp but when i looked over, Trupp was down, Hextall pushed Lucia over the boards as he was going there anyway. then it looked like Hextall basically challenged the Gopher bench. after that, the rest of the ruckus ensued. UNDLeafsGuy said it looked more like a butt-end to Trupp. i guess he'd have to clarify that one.

I did see Kristo at the game on Saturday.

Everything I ready from the "ice guys" said it would be 30 degrees and cloudy. "Perfect conditions" were the terms mentioned.
