NCHC 3 on 3 is a joke...if you're going to settle an OT tie with a shootout (for the extra point) why not just play 5 on 5. It's like you play a great 5 on 5 game for 60 minutes then turn it into a f*cking free throw shooting contest in OT. It's more about puck posession and waiting for the perfect setup/shot. Sorry, just not a fan.

Sioux were very resilient tonight sending the game to OT...they totally dominated the 3 on 3 sideshow; not sure how they didn't pot one there. I'll take a win and tie against a tough league opponent on the road any time!

Welcome to St Clown Jayvee Productions...we put two cheerleaders in the booth, we show replays during live action and miss a goal, we go to a commercial and come back live 45 seconds into the Sioux power play and we don't know who we are playing against (NDSU?). Other than that, it was a pretty good telecast.

For those of you within the Twin Cities Comcast footprint, tonight and tomorrow's game will also be shown on Fox 9+ channel. For southwestern suburbs, that's channel 807. I'm guessing this will be the normal St Cloud junior varsity production and that Midco is picking up their feed. That way you get to enjoy the soothing tones of Jim Rich and Pat "the rat" Michelletti cheering on the Huskies.

Not as much revenue as football or basketball?
